  We had 9 ladies stay here on a bridge club trip in April. The house has beautiful antiques and is well appointed. Everything that we needed was in place, including hairdryers and extra linens and towels. The interior and exterior are full of Southern charm. The kitchen was a great gathering place and the sunroom was such a nice addition. Three of the bedroom are extremely spacious. The downstairs bedroom is a bit cramped, as the bed is located in a alcove. Baths were all great and very clean. The location is very central to all of the city and is an easy walk to anywhere. This is a wonderful house for a weekend or a longer stay. The rental agency was easy to work with and they allowed us to store our luggage in the garage after check out time, as our flight was late in the day. I highly recommend this great house.

  I brought my entire family to Savannah for a family reunion and we rented both the Washington Square House and the Wedding Cake Mansion for our extended family that came from all over the world. It was an amazing experience. Luxury Living Savannah was very helpful with recommendations of restaurants plus we had a private chef one night. The location of each property was easy walking to everything. We are already planning with Luxury Living Savannah for our next family reunion in 2014.

  Your home is just beautiful. We stayed here 6 days and it was truly wonderful. We loved Savannah and the accommodations were perfect - within walking distance of everything & very comfortable. We felt at home with a full kitchen, washer / dryer, comfortable bedding, internet access and cable... It was hard to leave it during the day... but the beauties of Savannah were calling. This unpretentious and affordable lodging allows you the luxuries of a world class wine, food, art, cycling and golf. We hope we can come back again.

  My family and I stayed at the Washington House recently and the place was excellent. I want to commend Luxury Living on their customer care. There was a mix up in our reservation and Luxury Living went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house was emaculate and well decored. I will recommed Washginton Square House to anyone.The location is in perfect walking distance to enjoy all of downtown Savannah. Way to go you have a customer for LIFE!!

  We are a group of 4 couples (old neighbors who now live all over the country) and we have rented VRBO homes for the past 6 years in Savannah. It was unanimous that this was the nicest place we have stayed....and we have stayed at some VERY nice homes! The Washington Square House is beautifully decorated, yet still very comfortable and homey. The location was perfect...close to the river, shops, antiques, and great restaurants.....but we ended up spending much more time at "home" cooking in that beautiful kitchen (which had everything)...and enjoying the beautiful courtyard for am coffee, and later for cocktails! We will be back, and would reccomend recommend this beautiful home without reservation!

  Most amazing place we have ever stayed! The quality of the renovation work and the attention to detail is amazing. Although the decor is gorgeous, it is very comfortable and not overdone. We are five women who meet annually and appreciated that we each had our own beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Everything in the home was perfect....and so comfortable. This house is truly a treasure...this is the place to stay to experience old Savannah! We also were happy that we could be together and not in separate hotel rooms. Being located in the historic district is fantastic and we could walk everywhere. Loved Savannah and if we ever go back, we would stay at this place again. Five friends from NJ.

Lived in Savannah many years ago and this house is so beautifully restored and maintained and in the perfect area to walk anywhere in the Historic District. The house is fantastic, beautifully furnished and appointed, well equipped, extremely comfortable, perfectly located..who could ask for anything more? Thank you for sharing your magnificent home with us. What a truly memorable experience! It was so much better than being in separate hotel rooms!

$4200 Weekly rentals cannot start on Friday, Saturday or Sunday

We have 20% discount arrival Monday and leave on Thursday

St Patrick’s week 4 night minimum stay requierd, 20% premium. Marathon weekend 4 night minimum stay required, 20% premium.

All guests MUST sign Guest Rental Agreement.

Cancellation policy:

Guest Rental Agreement for Large Groups Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is a temporary guest of the property and not a tenant. Guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent. This rental agreement is unique to the registered Guest and may not be sublet or otherwise assigned to any other persons. Guest acknowledges and understands that CHECK IN time is no earlier than 3:00 p.m. and CHECKOUT time is no later than 11:00 a.m. unless the Guest has made other arrangements with Luxury Living Savannah. Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged at a minimum $50/hour based on property rate. All check in and check out key boxes have digital clocks that record the check in and check out times of guests. If guest would like to arrange for additional time at the property please contact Luxury Living Savannah in advance for any applicable rates. There is absolutely NO SMOKING or NO PETS in the Property. Guest understands that the property is furnished and decorated to Luxury Living Savannah’s individual tastes. Guest has viewed pictures of the property on the LuxuryLivingSavannah.com website and is satisfied with room décor, size, and location of the property. Guest promises to exercise care in the treatment of the accommodations and furnishings. Occupancy and use of the home, suite(s), courtyard, and common area of the property by guest, or other visiting invitees of Guest, shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors, nearby residents or other Guest of the property. Loud Stereos, TVs, or parties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If the noise disturbs other guests on the property, Guest is subject to financial penalties. Luxury Living Savannah reserves the right and prerogative to terminate this Rental Agreement and to ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises in the event of complaints or in the discretion of Luxury Living Savannah with no refunding of rental fee. Guest shall be solely responsible for any and all damage to the property, furnishings, personal property, and missing or stolen merchandise from property. If you notice any property damage upon your arrival, please bring it to our attention immediately at 630-455-9877. Luxury Living Savannah reserves the right and Guest Authorizes Luxury Living Savannah to charge Guest’s credit card for any and all such damages or loss. The total amount of the value or repair of an item(s) will be charged to the credit card listed below. Keys must be left in the property and the key box upon your departure. Failure to leave the 2 sets of keys will result in a $15 charge per key. Garage Door openers not left at the property will result in a $150 charge. Guest acknowledges that Luxury Living Savannah is not responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or other personal items of Guests or any invitees of Guest. Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Living Savannah from any and all claims including those of third parties for damage to person or property, arising out of or in any way related to Guest or invitees of Guest use of premises resulting from the building or any part of it or any equipment or appurtenance becoming out of repair, or resulting from any accidental in or about the building, or resulting directly or indirectly from any act or neglect of any Guest of the property, invitees of Guest or of any other person. Guest assumes the risk of injury and any related pain and suffering or medical expenses or other losses relating to the use of Luxury Living Savannah’s property and/or recreational activities on the premises or in the city where property is located and will hold Luxury Living Savannah harmless with respect thereto. Guest shall leave Luxury Living Savannah’s property, premises and furnishings in clean and undamaged condition. Guest understands that Luxury Living Savannah reserves the right, and Guest authorizes Luxury Living Savannah to charge Guest for any necessary repairs, or for extra cleaning which may be necessary. If Guest moves any of the kitchen ware, furniture in the house and/or garden furniture during their stay, guest must return it to its original location prior to check out. Failure to do so will result in a $100 charge. Guest shall not bring, keep or have either inside or outside the premises of Luxury Living Savannah’s property any article or thing of a hazardous nature, including fireworks, explosives, flammable items, firearms, gas, charcoal, or propane grills or any other item that either might be or could be hazardous or considered hazardous by any insurance company. Guest acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be made for the failure of any of the property equipment, televisions, or appliances, heating or air conditioning. However, in the event of any such failure or any difficulty with any such appliances, Guest is requested to contact Luxury Living Savannah and every effort will be made to make prompt repairs. Guest understands and agrees that the maximum number of occupancy as stated on your Confirmation Letter must not be exceeded and in the event that the maximum occupancy is exceeded, Luxury Living Savannah and the City of Savannah Fire Marshall will evict immediately without notice any number of guests in excess of the maximum occupancy number or the entire party. This rule and requirement is made a part of this agreement for insurance regulation requirements, fire code and city ordinance requirements, and particularly for the safety of Guests. Luxury Living Savannah has the right to inspect the property during your stay to guarantee that this stipulation has not been violated. No Weddings, Receptions, Events, Reunions, or Parties of any kind are to be held at the property or in the courtyard area without the written consent of Luxury Living Savannah. Events require a separate Event Agreement and Event Fees. The Definition of an Event is any gathering of people at the property that exceeds the number of people sleeping at the property as stated in the Confirmation Letter. Luxury Living Savannah has the right to inspect the property at any time during your stay to guarantee that this stipulation has not been violated. If, due to an act of God, or to unforeseen circumstances, Luxury Living Savannah’s property becomes unavailable for rental to Guest, Luxury Living Savannah’s liability shall be limited to the refund of any deposits or other rental amounts previously paid. Cancellation Policy: Note: this applies to the Main House, Carriage House and Garden Suite if rented by the same group.
