  We have stayed on Atlantic Ave in Wells for years and have tried several locations. The Baywatch was so gorgeous - we hated to leave! The accommodations far exceeded my expectations. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, and clean and great condition. It didn't feel like a rental, more like we were staying at someone's home. The owners were so friendly and courteous - and the other tenants and neighbors were just as lovely. I felt as though we had been there for years, instead of only 1 week. The views are amazing, and for rainy days, the home was so comfortable, we actually joked we wished for more rain and less sun this vacation! It truly felt like a home away from home. Great place for kids and adults alike! Can't wait for next year!!!!

We have the best of both worlds, the ocean across the street and the bay in our back yard. Like you, we had stayed on Atlantic Ave. and loved the ocean. We had never experienced the bay until we bought the house. It has opened up kayaking, boating and fishing, not to mention just relaxing at the end of the day to the flight of the birds, the sail boats drifting by and the fabulous sunsets. We have the best of both worlds and love sharing it with such appreciative people. We look forward to seeing you again next summer.

  Our family has vacationed in Baywatch at Wells Beach, since 2000. The accommodations are super, clean and as pictured, the beach is beautiful, and the marsh is outside our door. We relax on the sand, enjoy the ocean, fish, kayak, cycle, and shop. Sunrises and sunsets are magnificent, and the night sky is remarkable. The restaurants are close by, and we have never been disappointed in a meal. The Baywatch owners are eager to make our annual vacation the best possible. Our children have had the times of their lives at Wells, summer after summer. Now that we are retired, we stay at the Baywatch at other times of the year. Autumn is more quiet, perfect for appreciating fall colours and cool temperatures whIle walking or biking. Winter is scenic, and there are seasonal activities in the local towns. Shopping seems to be great any time of year. We are always eager to get back to Baywatch, reconnect with the owners, and enjoy our stay in their lovely home.

  Owner response: Thank you so much for that wonderful review. Of course we feel exactly like that about Wells Beach and our home on the bay. We've always loved the close proximity to the beach and then relaxing in the yard or decks on the bay. We love the view of the harbor and watching the boats coming and going. I'm glad you like the off season as much as we do. The spring gets us excited for the summer. We get the kayaks out and the fishing poles and my husband waits for the first stripers to come back and then wades out into the bay or takes the boat out for the first catch of the season. We watch all the birds and ducks come back. Fall has so many activities in all the surrounding beach towns. There seems to be something every weekend. So thank you for visiting us every season. It's another benefit of vacationing at Wells Beach. We have been fortunate to meet the nicest and friendliest people.

  Fantastic vacation spot! We have stayed at Baywatch for the past 2 years and it can't be beat. Great location and owners are the best. Always accommodating and willing to provide information about the area. Again location is great and accommodations are extremely clean and well kept. All of our needs were met and our expectations were often exceeded!

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Dave - I'm sorry it took so long to actually create this review. We had a super time in the condo. Granddaughter JB, two daughters and "the old lady" had great weather, beautiful views from the balconies, walks on the beach & seafood! I hope to see you again next year!
