A great vacation villa with a nice layout including an inground pool and patio in the screened in lanai in the backyard. Close to all the amenities and activities. 15 minutes to Disney World, 30 minutes to Universal Studio. Lots of good restaurants near by that included Millers Ale House and Bruno's Italian on 192 along with Manny's Chop House and Crispers on US 27 South. 2 blocks from the villa to the Solana clubhouse that has a large swimming pool, tiki bar, pool table, table tennis, hot tub and exercise room. Very friendly staff working at the clubhouse and the security entrance. Opportunities to go to MLB spring training games to see the Astros(Kissimmee), Braves(Disney) or Tigers(Lakeland) near by. For the Shopper, lots of major department stores, outlet stores and speciality shops near by. Many opportunities for the golfer at nearby golf courses.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Solana Resort is in a great location and Todd's property is perfectly situated within the resort. Two blocks from the clubhouse and newspaper box. Rear property gets the morning shade and afternoon sun. The house is well laid out and maintained. The pool was clean, water warm and well looked after. Our stay was great for just the two of us (majority of the month) and for the week that included our grandson and his family. He loved the pool. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. My wife and I would love to rent here again! Great location. Close to Disney and Kissimmee. The house was great and well maintained. We did not use the pool but it was clean and well maintained. The clubhouse was well maintained and provided ammenities for all ages. Pam at the gatehouse was very accomodating and very friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a little privacy and it's close to Disney. The rate we found was more than acceptable. My wife and I would rent here again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Solana is one of the very nicest, well-maintained vacation home resorts in the area. The resort managers ensure that all properties are consistent in quality and shape, from the lawns to the exterior of the homes. Many other developments have distressed properties, but not in Solana. Everything is beautiful and the resort has wonderful common areas and amenities.
