Maurine was great to deal with and she was very responsive to all our questions. The condo was lovely, and very clean. There were some very nice touches...nice sheets, thirsty towels, a rain shower, deep tub and the key-less entry is fabulous. She also has plenty if dishes, glasses and silverware so we didn't have wash after every single use. We had a great time despite the fact there was no snow. Still lots to do around town and in the nearby mountains. The kitchen is fully functional and we had no trouble making all our meals. We will come back here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We spent 2 nights in this small condo and the entire family including little ones had a blast. When we arrived there was so much snow on the ground and it continued to accumulate over night. We got to walk to the snow covered golf field where we got to snowshoe and sled. Kids had a blast playing for hours in the snow. While the unit itself was a bit old, it was well decorated including the Christmas light and kept neat. Both bed rooms and beds were kept clean as well but the 3rd pullout bed (convertible sofa) wasn't in a condition that could be used. It was neither clean nor mechanically sound to sleep on. Given there was an extra charge for an additional person including a 2 years old girl, I had a different expectation for the 3rd bed. As such we just ended up sleeping with kids on the beds. The unit had plenty toys including sleds. We brought our own sleds but probably didn't have to. The small balcony was nice for me to sit out and drink coffee while enjoying the view of the snow covered street. Also, the location was great in that it was only a few min drive to the ski hill where we got to tube. We also visited Sleeping Lady to have nice latte in the morning. All in all, I would highly recommend this place for those who want to spend a couple of quite nights in Leavenworth. I would surely come back and probably spend more than 2 nights next time. I'm not sure what to say about the sofa bed as I've never had negative feedback regarding the quality or cleanliness. The bedding is cleaned after each use and I have slept in it personally to make sure it was comfortable for adults and children. I will definitely take a closer look at the condition though. What a wonderful and warm place. Our group of six expected great things from the site's pictures, but the reality was much more than we imagined. Everything in the condo is easy to use and in pretty good condition too. The master bedroom, in particular, was very satisfactory. The communication with the owner was also quick and very informative. We stayed for one night and we wished to stay longer. Will definitely come back to this condo when visiting Leavenworth again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

We had a wonderful time in Leavenworth for the tree lighting ceremony. The condo is in a perfect location! You are far enough away to just relax, yet it's just a quick walk to the center of town where you can enjoy all the wonderful things that Leavenworth has to offer... like delicious food and beers and shopping! The condo is well stocked. We did have to run out to get coffee because there wasn't enought for a cup, but other than that, no complaints! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the basket of toys and the gas fireplace! We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back again... maybe for a weekend without the kids! Maurine is very professional and wonderful to work with. This condo was perfect for my family's long Thanksgiving weekend getaway. It was the perfect distance to town, I walked most days with our one-year-old in the stroller to downtown to see the sights. Though it was wintery and icy during our stay, I would imagine it would be equally great to walk to the river and through the park during the non-frozen months. Though we brought everything with us to cook our meal, Maurine had everything a cook would need to prepare a full Thanksgiving feast. She has made this condo cozy and welcoming. I can't wait to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

The location was great and the size of the unit was perfect along with the cost. The weekend stay was great although one toilet wasn't working when we got there (and no plunger) so we only had one bathroom to share. Overall though I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Leavenworth without feeling the cost burden, it was worth the money. I plan to rent again this year as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The first thing we noticed is it was very clean and well cared for. It's a short walk to everything in Leavenworth so if you are doing things in town, it's right there. The only downside was the postage-stamp sized parking stall, so don't try to bring your F350. Other than that, the condo, and the agent, were awesome.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Made last minute reservations to attend a wedding in the area. Was very pleased with our communication with the owner and her willingness to work with us last minutes. Got to the condo and were very pleased with the accommodations. Nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. We didn't feel like we were crowded on top of each other (4 adults). Beds were comfy, towels were soft. My only drawback is that I can't bring my small dog with me (he's gone on most of our vacations with us.). But I'll have to work out some place for him to stay as we'll gladly be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

I brought my husband here for a special surprise for his birthday a month ago during the WinterFest in town. We were immediately welcomed from the dreary, rainy weather by a warm space that felt just like home. We decided to take Greyhound from Seattle and were pleasantly surprised by how close by the condo was located, it was just a 2 minute walk. We were also just minutes from town. This space could easily be a wonderful spot to bring either a family or to meet with a number of other couples. Leavenworth has so many fun spots to visit as well. We had the pleasure of snowmobiling about 10 miles North, and enjoyed all the festivities and shopping the town has to offer. Make sure to make this place your next place to visit...Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: I have worked in real estate for a number of years mostly in investment properties. I have traveled around the world starting at about 16 years old. From Bangkok to Bora Bora, Easter Island to Estonia, Marrakesh to Moscow and so many places in between. But after every trip I can truly say I'm so happy to call Washington state home.
