  This home is set up so that each couple has a wonderful room with privacy and comfort for all. We have been coming to Carrillion Beach for over a decade and stayed at multimillion dollar homes on the beachfront, but our favorite place has been this one level, great view, easy access, immaculate, well equipped condo. Although we have never met the owners face to face, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Everything was as described or BETTER! I would not reccomend Captain Andersons, altho wellknown and food was good,we felt like we were cattle being driven to feed, staff were very indifferent or uninterested in anyone. I would highly reccomend Sonny's Barbecue, food was excellent and all the staff was excellent, smiling and offering excellent service, genuinely happy to serve us on repeated occasions.

  The condo was beautifully decorated and was really pretty. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well-maintained. It is in a very wonderful location and is very secure and gated. We had a great time and could not have asked for a time. The view from this condo is awesome. We were out on the balcony as often as possible. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family .

  The condo was really pretty and very clean. We loved the wrap around balcony. What a wonderful and breathtaking view! The decor was pretty and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would like to plan another stay sometime .

  This unit is furnished as if it is the owners' own home. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is comfortable and not shabby. The kitchen is roomy and easy to use. The bathrooms are nicely furnished. Small amenities, like hand soap at each sink, paper towels, toilet paper are provided (not true at all units). Communication was great with the owners! The beach is private to this complex, inside a gated community, and a state park is next door. The views are great! Combine that with the convenience of two supermarkets, a drug store and great places to eat like Dusty's, Boondocks, and Captain Andersons... It is a wonderful vacation spot!

  Let me start this review off by saying “I don’t write reviews”. I read reviews all the time, but have never been one to take the time to write one. All that changed when I stayed in this condo. The owner was so pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate my family. I have never rented a condo from such easy to work with people. I have been in several situations where I rented something that looked great in photos but when I got there I was highly disappointed. So although the condo looked nice from the pictures, I was nervous. I was shocked when I walked in and saw this incredible condo. The rentals that I have rented in the past, although nice, had sub-par furniture and décor. This condo does not! The Thomas’s have decorated this condo like they actually live in it. In this condo, the attention to detail is amazing, The wrap around balcony was perfect for my mom to be able to spend her days watching for dolphins and watching her grandchildren play on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants the perfect, most convenient and beautiful location. ***I would also recommend you eat at Shades…try their volcano shrimp they are wonderful. If you want fresh seafood to pick up and bring back to cook, try Sandbar very nice people and they shucked the oysters for us***

  I always worry when i pay upfront for something i havnt seen in person. But i can honestly say this condo was even better than i could imagine.It was more than i ever dreamed it could be,and will be staying here on future trips to Panama City.If anyone wants to get their money's worth then this is it.I cant begin to come close to the beauty and its located near any convenience that you might need.I could go on and on about its beauty,as it has made a great impression on me.Its very roomy and i felt right at home there.The wrap around balcony gives you a chance to see the ocean from any angle.I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice,beautiful place to relax and enjoy your vacation that you stay here.I just cant express enough about its beauty,and great location..

  Your immaculate one level condo exceeded my expectations the moment I entered, and throughout my stay! There is no better beachfront location than your mid-rise building in Pinnacle Port since you can almost reach out and touch the ocean from your wrap-around balcony-perfect for enjoying either sunrise or sunset. The luxurious but comfortable decor and the fully appointed kitchen, WIFI & cable is more than anyone can ask for! I enjoyed walking the beach to the Inlet each morning, and strolling the streets thorough gated Carillon Beach community in the afternoon. I noticed other winter guests used the heated PP pool, tennis courts & shuffle board. I so very much enjoyed my 2 month stay here and will miss the gorgeous beachfront & spectacular ocean views. It's obvious you love your condo and want your guests to have a wonderful stay, based on all the comforts of home you provide your guests and by the courtesy you afforded me. THANKS so much for a wonderful winter stay in the most luxurious 3BR/3BA unit at Pinnacle Port, located on the quiet West End of the "most beautiful beaches in the world!"
