  We had a wonderful time staying at Amigos Beach House! Absolutely wonderful to have easy access to the beach. The house had everything we needed, including the blender! Thanks Dan!

  I had such a great time in Rincon, especially staying at the Tres Amigos Beach House. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and so close to the beach. I could sit in the yard all morning while drinking my coffee and look at the beautiful view of the ocean. The yard is also great for a bbq. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

  If you're looking for a quiet, private house right by the ocean, this is it! Amigos is spacious, comfortably furnished, and literally sits one small field back from the beach - a short walk and you're there. Highly recommended for families, surfers (you can walk to Dogman's or Maria's), snorkelers (Steps beach is a short walk south), or plain old beach bums. This is a very special place in a special location!

  We loved this house. Walk a hundred yards out your back door through a nice field and yr on the beach, Calypso 5 min to the right and escaleras/tres palmas beach 5 min to yr left.. Very close to the nightspots but far enough to escape the pulsating beats. I loved the house design including the apt below. Im going to stop the compliments now otherwise it won't be available when I want to book next.

  We had the pleasure of staying at Tres Amigos during November 2012. It was absolutely the perfect home to stay at. The house is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and has all the amenities you need. You are steps from Dogmans beach which is extremely convenient if you like to surf or enjoy watching others surf. We woke up and had tea on the deck off the master bedroom while watching the waves crash on the beach and watched the most unbelievable sunsets every night. It is within walking distance from great local hang outs and a short drive from others. Absolutely the ideal location to stay in Rincon. We could not have been happier and we thank the owners Danny & Jen for sharing their beautiful home with us. Danny and Jen are extremely sweet and so easy to deal with. We recommend Tres Amigos to all family and friends and can not wait to go back.

  If you're familiar with the Caribbean standard of living, this house would definitely be a five-star home. One lot from the beach in a great location among multimillion dollar homes and on one of the best surfing beaches on the west coast of Puerto Rico. If you're there for the surfing, Maria's beach is an awesome place to surf. Domes Beach is the super popular place to surf which is about a 10 minute walk from this house is usually way too crowded when the surf is good. So, being able to walk out your front door and be right on the beach that you want to be on was an amazing experience. Also this house is about a five-minute walk from the Calypso bar which is a great hang out and about a five-minute walk the other direction to steps beach where there is great snorkeling. The house has a very nice layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and great ocean views and then a separate one bedroom one bathroom studio downstairs. Also with ocean views. It's almost like renting two places for the price of one. Another nice feature is that the house sits on what I would guess to be approximately a quarter acre lot and it's all fenced in so if you have kids like I do, it was nice to be able to go let them play in the yard and not worry about them. The owner is also very easy to deal with. We had the garbage disposal break while we were there and after emailing him, he had plumbers there within a couple of hours and had it fixed before we even came back. We will definitely be back to this place

  Stayed at Tres Amigos beach house for the first time in November and we will DEFINITELY be back. I have stayed in Rincon before but this was BY FAR the best place we stayed... What I loved.. the owner made it a hassle free, easy going, care free rental. They even left us a welcome note with all their favorite beach spots, nice dinner spots, cool hangouts and sunset bars.. that was such a great touch as we walked to the Calypso bar and caught the most amazing sunset first night..all because of the note they left!! Thanks for that!! ...house is perfect for a family.. what i love is the porch..elevated porch to watch all the waves roll in..talk about million dollar view..if your not a surfer you will feel like one, cause all the best breaks are right in front of your house ( about 100 feet) the porch was a great way to nap away the afternoon..take in the sunset or just grab a frozen drink and relax to the tradwinds...the kids took a few snoozes there too. The property has a nice open feel. large bedrooms and was SUPER clean...also a great feature was the fenced in Secluded Yard...we loved lighting tiki torches and eating dinner outside most nights..fenced in yard so the kids can run free...really nice not worrying about that..( especially the little ones) house had a grill and table out side..perfect for saving $$ and cooking in... really my favorite part sitting in the yard every night listening to the ocean waves! Outside shower to rinse off too and laundry line to hang dry all your suits...Washer and dryer also on premise. Owners also left us their BEACH CHAIRS..and if you have ever traveled before...taking beach chairs as a carry on stinks!! so it was a HUGE help...and they also left us towels..all in all a great vacation rental! WE WILL BE BACK! thanks for all the family fun.. ( also thanks for the recommendations on places to go the Villa Cofresi beach & bar, Shipwrecks, Calypso and steps beach were all great!

  This 3 bedroom 3 bath beach house was a perfect location for our group. You can check the surf at dogman's from the living room and Maria's is a short walk down the beach. The house has a very unique yard surrounded by palm trees that provide the perfect amount of shade. The bedrooms are large and all have a/c. This is the ideal house for a tropical vacation of surfing, diving, snorkeling and relaxing.

  What a great house with everything in it that you will need for your stay from towels to beach chairs,,, A great central location to all the great beaches and restaurants. The house was well cared for a was clean on our arrival. We had a great dinner at the Ode to the Elephant. Great snorkeling at Steps Beach. This property is great for a family or large group.

  House was perfect for me and my family. Plenty of room, was very clean and located right on the beach. We could see surfing and whales jumping from the breakfast table!!! Yard is also beautiful and lush and snorkeling is great right out in front of the house too... The lighthouse and town were both short drives away. A great vacation rental for a family and very affordable.

  I have been going to Rincon for 12 years now to visit my son and I have to say the Amigos Beach House was the best experience and accomodations I have ever had! The house was very spacious with multiple views of the ocean from every room. The beautiful and serene beach was steps away from the back yard. The area was very quiet and a short walk to the best bar in Rincon! Very close to center of town...shopping etc. The house was very clean with an ample amount of towels and conveniences There were many fruit trees and flowering trees in the yard as well. I will definetly be staying there on my trip to Rincon! . If your thinking about traveling to Rincon, this is the place to stay!

  The property is the Tres Amigos in Rincon, Puerto Rico. It is located in a tropical paradise that is etched in my memory forever. The house is immaculate, well-located with a gorgeous view of the sea. Me and my children were able to swim, snorkel, surf and enjoy the day on the beach. Then, we returned to the Tres Amigos and barbequed outside. It is the best place in the world to relax and enjoy life. Sun down, sun up, it is a very exciting place to vacation. It is a home away from home. Don't hesitate... book this property now. You will not regret it. - Michele Buono

  Staying at Tres Amigos Beach House was my best Rincon experience yet! It's the perfect set-up and only steps from 3 amazing surf breaks. Centrally located between downtown & the night life(Casa Verde, Tamboo, & Pools bar). You can eat out or stay in and cook, so you don't have to go out every night if you don't want to. I would highly suggest this spot for anyone looking to have the ultimate Rincon experience.
