Everything that one oculd possibly want of need is provided in this lovely condo, including top-of-the-line utensils, cooking accessories, dishes, glassware, etc. It was immaculate and in beautiful taste. There are 2 flat-screen TVs. One can look at the Gulf from the porch and the MBR window.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are an active, not yet retired couple who have been part-time residents of this complex for over 28 years! We have two grown children and their families and two other extended families and their children, all of whom have properties right here on Fort Myers Beach—a total of 10 grandkids and surrogate grandchildren! In addition to our family life and our family business we are avid travelers and log over 100,000 miles a year, with France, Italy, and other Western and Central European Countries as our prime destinations. Our home bases, however, are here on beautiful FMB, Chevy Chase , MD, right near our Nation's Capital, Rochester, NY and Paris, France. Since we are generally here during the seasonal months we are available for information and any special needs!
