Welcome to our site! The amazing thing about this two bedroom townhouse condominium is that it is 1863 square feet and is much more spacious than many three bedroom units. There are three balconies with the one off the den/dining room being about 400 square feet. Two of the balconies overlook the lagoon and eighth hole of a par nine golf course. It is truly beautiful.
A covered bridge crosses Front Beach Road to take you to the famous Lagoon Pool, water falls, palm trees, beach, and ocean. A plus for our condo is it is in easy walking distance from this bridge. A shuttle also runs very frequently.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. This room is large and also has a garden tub. There is a nice closet in this room as well as two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and sleeper chair (sleeps one). This room also has a full bath and a large walk in closet. The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a full bath off of it. All of this furniture was purchased in 2003.
The condo is Non-Smoking and No Pets are Allowed. Registering guests must be 25 years of age, and occupy the unit during the entire rental period. Call today and we will be happy to answer questions regarding availability or other questions you may have.
This condo really is a gem due to its size, location, and amenities. We have not rented for the winter and welcome long term renters (even up to 6 months). Our rate is $1200/month + tax/
