3 Bedroom totally renovated Penthouse Loft on the Golden Mile across from the San Fernando Casino and Avenida Poblado. Finally after three months of construction this apartment is now finished. This 1600 SQFT, the apartment was completely gutted and re-done. The livingroom, diningroom and kitchen were all opened and the maids quarters was gutted to make for a bigger kitchen with a island for sitting with your company. This place is perfect because it's across the street from all the bars at La Strada, and you can walk on the path to parque Lleras and be there in 7 minutes on foot(I timed it.)
Vacation Rental Features
This apartment has 4 flat screen TV's, American bedding, Blu-ray player in master bedroom and living room. Living room has a 50 inch Samsung Plasma hooked into surround sound, iPod dock. There is a pool table in the living room and a bar to gather your company around. The apartment's kitchen is complete and modern, everything you need has been provided. There are 3 full Bathrooms, 2 in the bedrooms and one in the hall.
There is a big island right in the middle of the kitchen to eat at or talk with friends. This apartment is perfect when 3 people share the weekly rent. Luxury and affordability, with the views looking right into the mountains. There is a path in the back of the hotel Dan Carlton (2 blocks away) that connect right to Parque Lleras for a quick 7 minute walk. The apartment has two king beds and one queen. The bar and pool table have unbelievable views from the corner penthouse looking at the beautiful mountains over Avenida Poblado.

Our 5th apartment, and this one we redid the entire apartment. It took over 3 and half months and we did damage to 4 other apartments in the process and we had to stop and fix them. This condo was modern, clean, comfortable and in a great location (upscale neighborhood). Many shops, restaurants, banks, groceries and even a large mall within a 5 min. walk. Parque Lleras is about a 10 min. walk. The community is gated and the area felt very safe....even at night. The condo had safes in every room, flat screen tvs, cable, wireless internet and modern appliances. We pre arranged for the manager - Ruben to pick us up and take us back to the airport. He was prompt, polite and very friendly and accomodating. This condo was GREAT, I definitely recommend staying there and would rent it again. Thank you Barry and Ruben!!!! .
