This is a brand new 3 bedroom brownstone house right off Avenida Poblado. Everything right there supermarket, atm, 24 hour pharmacy, mass transit buses. Up the street Parque Lleras. Deck has a nice table to hang on. BBQ and enjoy life with views of the Park in front of the Dan Carlton hotel. Best soup restaurant right across the street with two great little bars right there. You have no real neighbors to speak of so you won't and I won't have to SShhuussshh you. Rooms have 2 king Beds, 1 Queen Bed, Ipod docks, wall safes, Ceiling fans, flat screens, wifi that hits the entire house. We use Telemax cable here they seem to have the most channels. Two Bluray players to pop on a movie for nights you don't feel like rumba. Cabs are a easy get right here. But you can walk to most of the attractions.

This condo was modern, clean, comfortable and in a great location (upscale neighborhood). Many shops, restaurants, banks, groceries and even a large mall within a 5 min. walk. Parque Lleras is about a 10 min. walk. The community is gated and the area felt very safe....even at night. The condo had safes in every room, flat screen tvs, cable, wireless internet and modern appliances. We pre arranged for the manager - Ruben to pick us up and take us back to the airport. He was prompt, polite and very friendly and accomodating. This condo was GREAT, I definitely recommend staying there and would rent it again.
