A stunning, new villa constructed in 2004, unscathed from the seasons Hurricanes as built to all the latest codes and standards. Situated on nearly an acre of land backing on to one of four golf courses in the peaceful development of Rotonda West. The 16th tee is off our back yard!
The Villa has been finished by an English Interior Designer and provides everything needed for your comfort during your stay. Three bedrooms sleep six with the master suite being particularly grand! The great room is entered from the foyer and has panoramic views on to the Lanai, Pool and Golf Course.
There is a private office area with free internet access, morning room, family room, full kitchen and laundry room, garaging for three cars (or two and a boat!) and a Solar Heated Roman Pool with color changing lighting system to suit your mood.
The Villa comfortably sleeps 6 but we regret that it is not so suitable for under 10's.
Only 5 minutes drive will give you the wonderful Gulf beaches, nature walks and the intercoastal waters of Port Charlotte, fantastic wildlife including dolphins, manatees and a variety of birds.
Minutes from a variety of activities or a haven of peace and quiet, you choose!

Myself and partner stayed at Mimosa place during August and enjoyed every minute. The description does not do it justice, exceeded all expectations. Property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Everything that you need is nearby, shops, including supermarkets are within easy reach, as are the bigger stores, which allow for some well deserved retail therapy, although they are not too close for comfort! Eating places also nearby if required, varying from burgers, to the more 'special places'. Stunningly beautiful beaches are close by, where shell seeking is a must. Dolphins and manatees can be seen on a regular basis also. A good base for travelling further afield if you want to - but nice just to spend time relaxing and cooling off by the wonderful pool and looking at the view. Looking forward to our next trip.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This home is absolutely beautiful. My family stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and we had everything we could have wanted. The home was impecably clean and well furnished and is within 10 minutes of beautiful englewood beach. We did not want to come home and in fact stayed a extra day!! We had a perfect get away and can not wait to come back and will absolutely tell our friends and family. We are not golfers but had fun drinking our coffee watching the golfers right off the pool deck..
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I have stayed here 2 times in the last 15 months and enjoyed every minute. This villa has everything you need for a wonderful get a away from the cold and of course to enjoy the beautiful Florida sun. Englewood beach is just a short drive. We have also discovered Gasperilla Island is definately worth the few miles drive for a great time on the large beach located at the end of the island. The in ground pool is very nice and the home wonderfully decorated. As a golfer, the local golf course was nice and in good condition. The owners are terrific to work with. You will not be disappointed staying at Mimosa PLace.
