First, the condo is awesome. Beautiful, new, roomy, well-appointed, amenity-rich. It's a modern building and everything inside and out is in excellent condition. Second, the Marriott Harbor Beach membership is golden! This resort is absolutely beautiful. The pool, the ocean, the tennis courts, and especially the Kids Club. This club was great for the kids and allowed us parents some time to enjoy the rest of the resort without worrying about our kids. Having access to the Marriott amenities will make your vacation. Finally, Barbara is a fantastic owner. She answers her phone, takes care of any issues or questions as soon as reasonably possible, and keeps the place immaculate. Bottom line: this is not the least expensive condo you will find on VRBO, but if you really want to treat your family and can swing the budget, this place absolutely delivers the goods.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

WOW! What a beautiful property and everything was absolutely perfect for our stay last week at the Harbour Condominium in Ft. Lauderdale. Barbara, you were a delight to work with and we really appreciate all your attention to details around our stay. It was our best spring break ever! We will definitely spread the word about this great location and will plan to come back in the future. In addition to the beautiful accommodations, the access to the beach, A1A shopping and restaurants and the Marriott beach club were the exact recipe we needed for the enjoyable and relaxing week. I can’t imagine that anything could have been better. We will be in touch with you in the future for another reservation and will also let you know as we have other friends and/or family to refer. If you are looking for a beautiful condo with all the extras of great location and beach club benefits, this is your place!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I visited my friends here that were vacationing from out of town. I was an amazing place. One friend even lost a child in the condo( she was found) as it was so spacious. The best place for rainy day play with the kids. Tv's everywhere. Close enough to the resort amenities and the beach. Very impressive.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

My family and I were visiting Ft. Lauderdale to attend my doctoral graduation from Nova Southeastern University. Our stay in this amazing property was outstanding. The amenities and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the airport was great too. Barbara thanks for making our stay a memorable and most enjoyable one. The pictures and description can't do justice to this beautiful property. It must be seen to be fully appreciated. It is perfectly located near beaches and shopping with all sorts of activities near by. The property was well maintained and spotless. When we arrived it rained for three days. If we had stayed in a hotel it would have been a very bad experience. Staying here, however, made it fun and enjoyable. With all of the amenities we could listen to music, watch TV/movies, cook or just relax and read a book in a luxurious setting. The owners, Barbara and Eric, are such a pleasure to deal with. It is as if you are family and are treated as such. They take great pride in how much time and effort they have put into this property and it shows. Without doubt this is the best value and experience we have had in visiting his area over the past 25 years. We look forward to our next visit and will recommend this property to our friends and relatives.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A perfect spot for a luxurious girls' getaway. We felt very spoiled staying in this beautiful palace. Even though we had a few cloudy days, we didn't mind at all staying indoors and enjoying the condo. The pictures do not do it justice! There is more space then you can imagine. Barbara was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our needs and such a wonderful set up with the Marriott! It is very spacious and comfortable! The owner thought of everything as far as our needs would be! The beds were very comfortable and also the furniture and lay out was just right for me, my husband, 2 daughters and 1 boyfriend. She supplied us with plenty of coffee and paper towels and all of the essentials that you would need before going to the store. The kitchen was great to cook in and also had a beautiful view at the same time! The Marriott has a great pool area and wonderful restaurant, bar and fantastic spa!!! I also enjoyed the work out facilities and was really impressed with the classes- spinning, pilates,etc.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family spent a week there in December and it was incredible. The unit is very spacious and well appointed and very easy to relax in. A perfect beach location combined with use of the Marriott Beach Club made this a wonderful place for our family vacation. Very easy to explore Ft Lauderdale and retreat to a very relaxing setting. The owners are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Spent a week here with the family, two simple words to describe - Simply Awesome. The unit is spacious, very well furnished and the location can't be beat. Use of the Marriott Beach Club facilities add to the experience and value - like being in a private enclave with full use of Marriott private beach, pools and fitness facilities. Great location, dined and shopped on Las Olas, walked the beach strip and just hung out on the huge outdoor wrap-around balcony watching the ocean and the world go by. This unit is a tremendous value, hope to return next year. We stayed in the condo unit above this one for 4 days. It was incredible. The listing photos accurately portray the beauty of the location. Everything is new, clean and of top quality. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. We loved sitting out on the huge wrap around deck. Having a membership card that allowed us to use all the facilities at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort was a big plus. The 20% discount we received added up. We used the discount on all food, spa services and water sports. Beach umbrellas and chairs were free. We have travelled extensively...this is one of the nicest places we have stayed at for a vacation. The condo unit is huge..there was only four of us, but the condo could easily accomodate 3 couples.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This place and its' amenities were everything that was described on the website. We brought 4 out of 5 of our children (age range - 11-21) and 2 of their friends. It worked out perfectly for us. To have so much space to spread out plus the amenities of Marriott seemed almost too good to be true. The condo was immaculate and beautiful - Barbara thought of everything and I feel confident that if there's anything someone might need, she'd be right on top of it, providing it. We were impressed at all the things that she thought of that I've not even seen in some of the very expensive hotels in which we've stayed. She is a very kind and accommodating owner who went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable - which is one priority on our list when we travel. Our 11 yr. old took advantage of Marriott's kids' club by the pool - he was there every day hanging out, playing & even helping. Their staff was great with him. The pool is large and beautiful, the gym and spa were great - we even loved letting our kids do their thing while we sat in the outdoor eating area overlooking the beach and pool, eating and listening to live music! We really loved that you didn't have to cross a street to get to the beach. The pool & beach are right next to each other and the Marriott is right next to the Condo - you just walk up the sidewalk a few feet and across the driveway/entrance to the Marriott and your inside. In the mornings, we sat on the balcony drinking coffee and watching all the activity - you can also see plenty of the ocean. The older kids could walk easily to stores and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I and my college-age daughter were among the first to experience this property, as we live in inland Florida and were looking to spend a few days at the beach during winter break. What a great choice! We truly enjoyed everything about this brand new, gorgeous home. Everything in it is luxurious, tasteful, and modern. Relaxing and carefree! The apartment (really more like a house) is across the street from the Mariott Harbor Beach, which is one of the flagship properties of the chain. The apartment comes with passes to the Marriott's amenities, which are many -- beach, pools, spa, restaurants, etc. Perfection - the amenities of a five-star resort with a full condo apartment to enjoy. We never left the little enclave and were sorry to have to go back to "real life."
