Why our condo? Why not! 1.GULFFRONT MASTER BEDROOM with a balcony. Only 10 units out of 100 have this configuration. Dont be fooled. Corner(end) units bedroom face the side. Corner units can be VERY breezy due to wind whippng arund the corner. Cool North breezes flow right over the top of the building while the southern exposure bathes you in sunshine. No keys or cards to pick up, lose or demagnitize.Other inexpensive code locks use the same code over and over and need to reprogrammed at the door for a new code.Just come straight to our condo and punch in your custom code and your vacation begins!Our condo rental includes a hot tub next to the pool. Nice green area along Gulf side of building is a good area to sit and relax. Other features include free high-speed internet access and generous parking area. Our two bedroom two bath rental unit is on the fifth floor which offers spectacular views as far as the eye can see down the pristine shoreline east and west! Our Master bedroom is as big as you would expect in a home. The Master bedroom also faces the gulf with it's own full patio door exiting onto the balcony. Entire unit is professionally decorated. TVs located in all rooms. VCR-DVD with stereo system complete the entertainment center with the 32 inch TV. Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, breakfast counter and dining table round out the galley.
Second bedroom has Queen size bed,TV and direct access to the second bathroom. Guests can also utilized the two bunks and pull-out sofa for more value. Washer and dryer is located in our condo rental. Master bath features a whirlpool tub and has a double sink vanity.
