WELCOME to Palm Court 7
Our cozy two-story home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located just a 1/2 block from oceanfront Palm Boulevard. We have a beautiful backyard with large oaks and a deck with a grill and are still only a few minute walk from the beautiful Carolina beach. If you're feeling extra adventurous, we are, also, only a short 20-minute drive from historic downtown Charleston.
KITCHEN
Our blue and white kitchen is an southern classic. There are several windows and plenty of room for an avid chef to whip up a gourmet meal. We have fully equipped appliances, along with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Eat by candlelight at the cafe-style two-top or set the dining room table for a three-course feast with the family.
LIVING AREA
The living area is quaint and comfy. Newly decorated with plush seating for several, the room offers a perfect place to curl up and catch a movie on the flat-screen.
BEDROOMS
Downstairs: The first bedroom is located downstairs and has a Queen size bed and private full bathroom. It is classically decorated with pastel yellow walls and oxford blue bedding. Sheer white curtains hang over the windows allowing rays of sunshine to reflect upon the walls.
Upstairs: The second bedroom is upstairs and has a Queen size bed. It has navy walls and white bed coverings.
The third room is, also, upstairs and has two Twin size beds. This room is adorably decorated with bright pastel bedding and tiffany-green walls. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. Also, upstairs, is a small game room with Playstation 2, games, toys and books for the little ones.
OUTSIDE
Of course, in South Carolina, we spend a lot of time outside enjoying the charming weather. We have a large 12x12 screened-in porch off of our kitchen to keep the bugs away while enjoying a peaceful night. Adjacent, we have a deck with a large gas grill and beach shower to clean off those sandy feet. So grab some local shrimp from down the street and throw them on the grill for the family. Take a walk to the beach at sunset with your loved one. Open the windows and dose off to the sound of wildlife on the barrier islands.

A cozy cottage! We enjoyed our 10 days at this house and didn't want to leave. Our young girls thought the playroom was special. This was a charming property, not a typical beach house, but lovely just the same. The back porch and yard with the lovely oak tree was an added bonus. My nephew loved the rope swing and the small play room was a hit with the kids. It was hard to believe how close to the main road we were because it was so quiet. An older, but very well-maintained home. The huge backyard with 3 giant live oaks and unbelievable privacy will make you not believe that you're only a 2 or 3 minute walk from the beach. Old hardwood floors throughout, a great screened porch, and the overall "charm" of the place make it an ideal rental for a family or two couples.Did you find this review helpful? 7 Palm Court is a wonderful house for a family regardless of the season. It is very warm in the winter and has easy access for walking on the beach. There is very good traffic flow so that people do not keep bumping into each other as they move around the house, and lots of space for family activities.
