We provide short term accommodations of three days to two weeks for visitors to the Boston/Cambridge area. Be our guest in our fully furnished luxurious suite while on a short business trip or vacation.
Luxurious Comfort
Experience the rich cultural life of Boston in this luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite, with absolutely spectacular views of the Charles River and city skyline. Your stay includes full access to a large living room with pull-out sofa bed, dining area with fully stocked bar, kitchen, full bath with tub, and a bedroom with queen size bed.
Some other unique inclusions are; free-admission to the Museum of Fine Arts and Museum of Science, computer lounge/stereo, and laundry. We are located in superb locations making it easy to access Harvard and MIT in Cambridge or Beacon Hill, freedom trail, and Boston waterfront.
There is free dedicated parking under the building. For those travelers without a car, the subway is 5 minutes away and serves Cambridge and Center of Boston within two stops to access trendy shops on Newbury Street and elegant restaurants.
The river and esplanade is across the street to walk and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Charles Street, Beacon Hill and Boston Gardens are several blocks away.

We could not have done better choice than to rent this very comfortable apartment. Close to green and red lines metro stations and in the center of everything in Boston. The apartment is perfect. Full kitchen, wireless internet, available pc, cable TV, closet, complete laundry etc. The structure of the building is great, with garage, gym and it is also very beautiful. We stayed there for 11 days and we enjoyed it as true Bostonians. Furthermore, the owner Varouj is a spectacular person, very friendly and helpful. He caught and brought us back to the airport, left the fridge stocked, took us for Boston sightseeing and gave us several hints of events to attend in Boston. The apartment was exactly as it was in the photos, all very clean and organized. On our next Boston visit, we are going do reserve it in advance to ensure that the apartment is available. We have to stay there again! --- Não poderíamos ter feito melhor escolha do que alugar este confortabilíssimo apartamento. Próximo de duas estações do metrô, uma da linha verde e outra da linha vermelha, no centro de tudo em Boston. O apartamento é perfeito, cozinha completa, internet wireless, computador disponível, TV a cabo, closet, lavanderia completa etc. A estrutura do prédio é ótima, com garagem, academia além de ser muito bonita. Ficamos por 11 dias e curtimos como verdadeiros moradores de Boston. Além de tudo, o proprietário Varouj é uma pessoa espetacular, muito simpático e solícito. Nos buscou e levou no aeroporto, deixou a geladeira abastecida, nos levou para um citytour e deu diversas dicas de eventos para frequentar em boston. O apartamento era exatamente como estava nas fotos, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Da próxima visita a Boston, fecharemos com bastante antecedência para evitar que o apartamento esteja indisponível. Temos que ficar lá de novo!

When we decided to book at Charlesview, we did so after looking at many Boston VRBO options. The web photos looked appealing as did the amenities. When we arrived, the top floor apartment was all it is described to be and more. It is very quiet - we slept well on a good bed. It is well equipped so we were very comfortable. However, the huge bonus was the kindness and generosity of the owner. He was very helpful in getting our bearings about Boston but not interfering with our privacy. He made sure we were taken care of well beyond anything we have experienced before. I highly recommend this location and its wonderful owner.

Having travelled all day to get to Boston we had a very warm welcome from the apartment's owner, and were delighted with the accommodation at his apartment. The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and a lot of treats the owner supplied above and beyond what would normally be expected. We were so comfortable staying there. We were really spoilt with the quality of the accommodation and the superb outlook we had up the Charles River and the riverside park. The apartment was very convenient for us walking into the centre of Boston, to walk along the riverside park, and to connect with the metro system. We would not hesitate for one moment at recommending this apartment - thanks to a such attentive owner.

The building, the apartment, and the setting are absolutely lovely and the host could not have been more gracious. The light-filled apartment is in impeccable condition (quite new and spotlessly clean), beautifully furnished, with thoughtful attention to details. The location could not be better for Boston and Cambridge. It is easy to walk or drive anywhere. Fresh fruit, wine, waters, breakfast foods, excellent coffee, wonderful terrycloth bathrobes, and spa slippers all were provided by a host who did not miss anything. I so enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Charles River. Even during Hurricane Irene, the building was quiet, secure, and enjoyable. The joy of having the space, light, and amenities of this apartment is unsurpassed. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment when visiting Boston or Cambridge.

We are seasoned VRBO renters, and this Boston penthouse apartment was one of the very best! The description of the apartment was accurate and the pictures are exactly right. Our host provided a spotlessly clean environment, a fully loaded and well-stocked kitchen, and even fresh flowers in the bedroom. Varouj couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. The view from the living room balcony and adjacent bedroom window wall is spectacular overlooking the Charles River with opportunities to see sculls and sailboats around the Kendall Bridge. It is very close to the T red line which can connect you to anywhere in the city and is easy to use. Right down the street is the Liberty Hotel with plenty of unique bars, and not far off is the North End with its copious Italian restaurants. Having a dedicated parking space in a modern and safe apartment complex was an added feature, which allowed us to drive to Boston instead of flying -- saving us lots of $$$ -- and enabling us to spend one of our four days on the coast at a beautiful beach near Ipswich. Excellent location, apartment AND value! Dollar for dollar, the best VRBO deal we have ever had!

This is an amazing apartment in an ideal location. Starting off with being met at the airport by the owner, the thoughtful treats in the kitchen, this beautiful apartment was perfect for our visit. I loved coming home to it after busy days sightseeing! I'm quite sure I'll be staying here again!

Cet appartement du West End situé au 14ème étage d'un immeuble neuf et luxueux est très confortable et parfaitement équipé. Ses larges fenêtres ouvrent sur la belle rivière St-Charles qui coule au pied de l'immeuble et les édifices de Cambridge, sur l'autre rive. La vue depuis le balcon est spectaculaire et décoiffante ! L'appartement est à proximité de marche du quartier Beacon Hill et de la sympathique Charles Street qui foisonne de boutiques, petits cafés et bons restos. La ligne de métro la plus proche est la ligne rouge. L'Esplanade, la berge aménagée de la rivière, est accessible via la passerelle piétonnière située juste au pied de l'immeuble: parfait pour le jogging ou yoga du matin et la dernière petite promenade du soir. L'immeuble est totalement sécurisé et pourvu d'un stationnement souterrain et d'un concierge 24/24. L'accueil du propriétaire est fantastique: on a vraiment l'impression de retrouver un vieil ami. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner et à le recommander à mes proches.

HAVING SPOKEN TO THE OWNER AND LOOKED AT THE PHOTOS, WE KNEW WHEN WE BOOKED OUR HOLIDAYS THAT WE WOULD BE HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE, BUT THAT WAS BEFORE WE ACTUALLY SAW THE PROPERTY. THE APARTMENT TURNED OUT TO BE REALLY MARVELLOUS AND WAY BEYOND OUR ALREADY HIGH EXPECTATIONS. DESIGN, COMFORT, PRACTICALITY, SAFE AND.....THAT VIEW; WE HAVE SPENT HOURS JUST LOOKING OUT FROM THE TERRACE ACROSS THE CHARLES RIVER AT THE EVER CHANGING LANDSCAPE AS THE SUN HIT THE OPPOSING BANK EARLY IN THE MORNING AND LEFT WITH GREAT SUNSETS ACROSS THE RIVER IN A RIOT OF COLOURS. THE APARTMENT IS SITUATED WITHIN REACH OF GREAT SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS AND ANTIQUES DEALERS. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND WHENEVER POSSIBLE WILL BE SURE TO RETURN. AND NOW FOR THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE; THE OWNER; YOU COULDN'T HOPE TO MEET A NICER, FRIENDLIER AND HELPFUL PERSON. We enjoyed this very comfortable and really luxurious apartment for one week to join a conference at Harvard University, and truly loved it – even our colleagues who stayed at five-star hotels were pretty envious about all its amenities and its fantastic and convenient location. The service was really exceptional and included airport transfer, a fully stocked fridge, and at our arrival even a quick tour through the city during which the manager recommended restaurants, shopping sites and and other places to go, all in walking distance from the apartment. Very relaxing, top quality, fantastic view from the balcony (top floor), and an excellent manager – we recommend it emphatically!
