Beautiful condo, spectacular views, gracious host who made us immediately feel welcome and comfortable, in a sense "right at home". The building itself is safe, the parking structure secure and the concierge most kind and informative. Our stay at the condo added to our very positive first time impression of Boston and it's residents. On our return trip, we will definately book this condo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This IS the best of Boston! This was the second time my family rented from Varouj and we'll be back again next year. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has spectacular views of the city skyline and the Charles. Varouj goes out of his way to make guests feel at home. He provides a fully-stocked kitchen with fresh fruit, snacks, and even fresh flowers. The location has easy access to T stops, shopping, groceries, etc. Varouj is easy to work with and very accommodating. Looking forward to next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

An altogether ideal home away from home, with a full fridge and pantry (save money by dining in) The and a lovely view of the bridge to Cambridge. Less than five minute walk to the T, and to the bridge. I didn't use the parking but it's apparently in house. The apartment itself is attractive, contemporary art but not sterile decor, and the bed is comfortable. Roomy closet and bathroomand. The best feature may be the charming and gracious host, who took the time to return by mail some items I left behind. An excellent (likely superior) alternative to all but the best or most centrally located hotels.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

When I was searching for a place to stay in Boston and saw such positive reviews to Varouj and this apartment I thought to myself: people are exaggerating, it cannot be that perfect. But in fact I ended up discovering that they were not exaggerating, the place is indeed fantastic! My husband and I spent 3 weeks there. The apt is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. And yes: the view is breathtaking! And yes, it is perfectly located - 5min walk to Green Line, 7min to Red Line. And yes, we had a refrigerator full of delicious fruits, snacks and delis and yes, Varouj is the perfect host! Nothing negative to say, how can it be possible? Varouj, thanks for this perfect Boston experience! I hope to come back soon and stay there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of three (husband, 14-year old son and myself) absolutely loved this apartment in the heart of Boston. We had read previous reviews of the generosity and helpfulness of the manager, Varouj, and he definitely lived up to his billing. He picked us up at the train station, waiting by the curb when we arrived. He drove us directly to the apartment and showed us all around. He had stocked the entire refrigerator and cupboards with food and drinks. Fruit bowls and gorgeous fresh flowers were in the living room. Varouj spent time with us explaining exactly where we were and where we might want to go. The apartment itself had fantastic views out of the window and we were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony. The bedroom was very comfortable, with lots of room to hang clothes. At one point we asked whether he had a toaster. He didn't, but showed up with one for us the following day. There was a full size grocery store on the first first floor of the building. Everything seemed so easy. A mall was just across the street, which came in handy when we were looking for various things that we needed. There were a couple of great places to eat, Atlantic Seafoods, Legal Seafoods and plenty of Subways for our son. We were able to attend the Boston Red Sox vs. Yankees game in July, which was fantastic. We toured the Betsy Ross House, the Paul Revere House, and went all over the Freedom Trail. Quincy Market was great fun, and always attracted a crowd of someone dancing, playing music, or juggling. We went to MIT, where we listened to a young scientist explain how DNA works in very understandable way. Because of the humid weather at the time, we found ourselves in the magnificent (and cool, temperature wise) Boston Library. My husband and I were able to walk around town by ourselves, leaving our 14 year old son in the library borrowing my husband's laptop. Don't miss the interesting sculptures in the courtyard, which have some interesting stories about them. We explored the Kennedy memorial library, which was exceptional. I would have to say, however, that Varouj was the one who really set the overall tone for our stay. I don't think we have ever been so well taken care of.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The penthouse was in a perfect location for us. We were able to walk or taxi anywhere in Boston in just minutes. We used the property as a homebase and also visited Salem by train, Concord & Lexington by taxi, Kennebunkport, MA by chartered bus, and Cape Cod by a hired private tour guide. The rooms were very clean and perfectly appointed. There was a grocery store within walking distance for items we needed. The view from the balcony overlooking the Charles River gave us some spectacular views of the area and some sunsets. The owner was very accommodating and checked on us by email now and then to see if we needed anything. We were really impressed when he had a blender delivered to us when we told him there was not one on the property, even though he was in Europe at the time we visited. There is a concierge at the front desk so we felt especially safe. There seemed to be a taxi always just outside the front door. If not, the concierge would call one for us. The whole neighborhood felt very safe. We would certainly stay at this property again and would definitely recommend it to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our stay here was fabulous, starting with the luxury of being picked up at the airport by Varouj. The location was great: one block from subway station; five minute walk to many restaurants; 15 minute walk to the theater district; full service supermarket on 1st floor of building; panoramic view from the 21st floor condo balcony. We have stayed in a number of vacation rentals in the U.S. and Canada, but never one like this which had a fully stocked refrigerator and freezer and bowl of fresh fruit on the table. The condo was simply but amply furnished and immaculately clean. My only criticism is that the photos on the VROB website show a much more elegant apartment than the one we were in. However, we did receive accurate photos directly from the owner when making our reservations. I felt I could reach Varouj easily if I had any concerns, although I never needed to. All was as he had explained, even the slightly complicated parking arrangements we used when we picked up a rental car. I would be happy to recommend this property to anyone staying in Boston who wants a home away from home rather than hotel.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed here when visiting Boston for my daughters wedding at The Memorial Church at Harvard University. We were as a whole satisfied with the suite which was on walking distance from the T. The walls were carefully decorated with works of fine art so it was aesthetically satisfying to be there as well. The view of the water and buildings from the big windows in the living room was grandiose. My son loved to take early morning runs along the river and my wife enjoyed going shopping by taking the subway downtown then switch to green line (Copley). The owner was very friendly and accomodating and the refrigerator and freezer were well-stocked which was great for when not going out. Furthermore, not the least troubling noise from the neighbours was heard. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Boston/Cambridge.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I have been in the apartment at Blossom Street. It was really perfect. The apartment ist well equipped, very clean and the location is best. We enjoyed the days in Boston. Varouj was very helpful and friendly. The refrigiator was filled with so many nice food, we couldn't believe it. Thanks for that. We had breakfast and dinner on the balcony with the wonderful view to Charles River. If we ever come to Boston, we would like to stay here again. Tip: Don't hesitate to rent this apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.
