  We were fortunate enough to come to Bandon during an amazing weekend in June. This was our first trip to Bandon and it was amazing. The house was gorgeous and perfect for our stay, we had four adults and two children. I got up every morning and walked the neighborhood and to the beach. The caves at the beach were so much fun to explore. I wouldn't walk to the beach with my small children but appreciated how close the public beach with a restroom was located. I can not say enough good things about Bandon or this beach house... We will definitely be back:)

  We had the good fortune of staying in this beautiful home on one of the most gorgeous weather weekends in July. We found the home well furnished, extremely spacious and a great value for the price. Since we have young children, we did not feel the home was close enough to the beach to walk, but it is only a couple minutes drive to both Face Rock and Devil's Kitchen beaches (both of which are stunning!). We found the home was great for our large group (4 adults, 4 children) and cooking meals in the kitchen was easy with the upgraded appliances. Our only suggestions are small things to make the home even more family friendly: having a baby gate available and having a small step stool available to let kids reach the sinks (have you noticed how high the counters are?) would be great, simple additions to the amenities of the house. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we would certainly stay again!

  This home is beautiful and we loved the open space on the lower floor. We had a wonderful time - the short walk to the beach was wonderful and it's only a couple minutes drive to the Devil's Kitchen State Park which has a great beach area. Yes, the neighbor to the west doesn't like the rental situation, but we made friends with him instead and had no problems - we, too, were there to relax and enjoy the ocean atmosphere. My kids wanted to live there - a very cozy beautiful home away from home.

  This is a beautiful home but it is in a poor location and is not managed well. The home next door is owner occupied and they were not happy having a vacation rental next door and let us know this. Instead of the property manager dealing with this problem they harassed us with phone calls and visits. We were told after we had arrived at the home that we were only allowed 3 cars to be parked there. Even though the cars were legally parked we were still told we could not have visitors if we exceed the 3 car limit. I would not recommend staying at this location.

  Owner response: It is unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding when the reservation was made. The rules state that the house can only sleep six to eight people, they had up to six vehicles plus a big pick up with a camper on it. At no time was there the mention of EIGHT families coming to the house when the reservation was made, this would have been turned down. We can’t fix a problem unless we know about it, the neighbor and or guest should have called us any time a problem came up. The location is great it is only a short walk to the beach and the house is new and beautiful. This is our only negative review and we are sorry they did not call us to work things out.
