In the beautiful southeast of Cape Coral, only minutes to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island, there is this fantastic vacation home, with access to the 'Gulf of Mexico' in just a few minutes.
This Cape Coral Vacation Home was remodelled in the summer of 2010 and tastefully furnished by an interior decorator. The moment you pull into the driveway and get a look at the fresh and bright grass and palm trees you get the true Florida feeling.
When entering the house, one can appreciate the open floor plan as well as the beautiful interiors they give a very warm and welcoming feeling.
This home features 1,700 square feet under air with 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen), and 2.5 bathrooms. It offers enough space for 6 persons to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and an attached bathroom as well as a walk-in closet. The 2 guest bedrooms offer two queen size beds.
The Living room with a flat screen-TV and a comfortable leather couch are ideal for relaxing and quiet time. The kitchen offers all the necessary appliances. If for some reason you don't feel like eating outside on the pool area, there is always enough space in the dining room, which is right next to the kitchen.
The highlight of this home is the spacious south facing pool area and it is close to the old Cape Coral Yacht area and beach. The pool is heated through electric. Therefore, you can enjoy a cocktail inside the swimming pool any time of the day, any time of the year.

The house features wireless high-speed internet as well as an office desk. The utility room accommodates washer and dryer. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close to the home. Walk to the Tiki-Hut Bar and enjoy your sundowner.

Superb! We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Thank you! We have rented the house in the time period Mar 14th till Mar 19th 2011 to excellent conditions. The vacation home is super clean, extremely well-organized and supplied. It is a great location. We loved the pool and the outside living space. The service of E&V is superlative. Holiday-Feeling has begun from the moment we arrived the Villa "Willshire". The Palm-Trees and the house color in Mediterranean style look very nice. The interior is very exclusive, the kitchen fulfills every wish and the pool deck is wonderful. As passionate boaters we enjoyed the possibility to use the private dock and the like-the-wind access to the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable beds and the high-class bathrooms bring everything down to a round figure. Also excellent was the service and the contact to the owner. We will definitely be in this house again next year! We give five out of five stars!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
