This beautiful beach cottage is right out of Coastal Living! You will love how comfortable you and your friends and family will feel in this quaint house. Your are steps from the beach, you can hear the ocean as you lounge on one of the decks. The newly re-done EI bike path leads you right to our neighborhood street, what fun you can bike EVERYWHERE!! We are in Deer Horn Dunes 6 houses from the beach access, and a quick bike ride to the grocery store, movies, and shops...
The house is with in walking distance to a few wonderful restaurants and two convenience stores, you can park your car and never drive the whole time your are on the Isle!
For those, not so often, rainy days this house has a large flat screen TV with DVD player in each bedroom including the family room...no fighting for which movie to watch here!

Working with the oweners was a dream and the house was absolutley beautiful from the floors to the beds, it was like stepping into a Potterybarn store very warm and inviting. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a great time on our vacation at Emerald Isle. The cottage was amazing! We were so close to the beach and we were able to see our Marine son everyday. We would definately rent this cottage again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

We had a great week at this home!! It was just as beautiful as the pictures. It was clean and well kept! The owner was so helpful, even the week we were there. They were available and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying there again. My husband, three children, my mother and myself fit very comfortably here. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachwood! The house is just as described...something right out of Coastal Living! White, crisp, and clean! The kitchen was awesome, and the added small touches of laundry detergent and dish soap were very much appreciated. My kids also loved the board games that were available. What a nice touch! Adding to the magic of our stay were deer that we would see from time to time right in the back yard! The house was very comfortable for my family of 5 including 1 teenager, an 11 and an 8 year old. This is also a great house for 2 families or a girl's getaway! The beach is not far from the house, maybe a 3 minute walk. The neighborhood is very quiet, as is the beach. A perfect place for a for a family friendly vacation. You also can rent bikes and ride everywhere! What a great experience! The owners were very accommodating, and easy to communicate with. If we find ourselves in Emerald Isle again, we will be sure to stay at Beachwood! Thanks so much!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About: We are a family of four who love the beach and love our little cottage! We hope that you and yours will feel as comfortable and relaxed as we do every time we are at Beachwood. Our hope has been to make our family's retreat and retreat for you as well! PLEASE DON'T LET THE WHITE SCARE YOU!! We have BLEACH!! There is no reason to worry, it can all be washed, just kick back, relax and enjoy your stay!

We chose Emerald Isle for it's beautiful beaches and quiet small town feel. We love the local restaurants, activities, and conveniences. We all bring our bikes and bike everywhere we go on the island, we even use our baskets to go to the grocery store!
