The first floor features a large open spacious living room with windows and two glass French doors opening onto the deck, where your private fresh water swimming pool awaits you. From the deck you have a panoramic view of Simpson Bay Lagoon and the Dutch and French hillsides.

The living room has a queen-size futon sofa along with cable television and a DVD/VCR for your enjoyment. Located in the rear half of the downstairs is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, with an island bar. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer in the rear. The downstairs full-size bathroom with shower is located just off the kitchen next to the spiral staircase to the upper level.

Upstairs you will find a beautifully decorated bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in-closet, and large bathroom with extra large shower and vanity. From your bedroom window you can contemplate and relax while enjoying the splendid view of the lagoon.

Other amenities include bi-weekly maid service (extra days available at $25 per day), air-conditioning downstairs and up, small charcoal grill on the deck, and ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Also included in the rental is a welcome package, and you will be escorted and shown the way to the villa upon your arrival.
