Great Beach House with Everything You Need

  Words alone cannot describe this house, pictures only barely do it justice...you have to experience it. This house is fully stocked with amenities for you, like a friend left their place for you hang out in. You instantly feel like the home owners are your friends and want to come back when they are there to spend time together :) The house is clean and well-maintained too. We had young kids with us and I can say that this house accommodates any age group. The kayaks, bikes, chairs, boogie boards, and small things like trash bags and dish soap were there for us to use. The layout of the house is perfect for entertaining and for sleeping well, which we all did. The bedrooms are split up over two levels and in different parts of the house. The outdoor space is just perfect, and the MOJO hut is the attraction of the entire house. We just hung out for hours back there talking. The roof top deck is great for sunset viewings and bay views. The bay is less than a block from the home and a nice place to wade your feet and set off your kayaks. I went for the first time and it was amazing! The beach is not far either, and you could walk it if you had a cart or you just had a towel and such. There is a grocery store walking and biking distance from the house (Ocean Bay Supermarket), Woodies Restaurant has great burgers, Surf City Pizza is good place to get a slice, and there is a mini-golf place too. There are tons more places to eat but we mostly cooked, as we had a resident chef in our house, and the kitchen fully stocked to cook up a great meal. The grill is in great shape and we used that often as well. The coffee maker is nice one, if you are a coffee snob like me. There is table service and a big table for large numbers, so entertaining is great here. LBI is the best, my Dad grew up here, and we have a lot of family memories of family vacations from when I was a kid. He was here with us and said this was the perfect house in a perfect spot, and unless we could buy our own place there is no reason to ever consider another rental. The experience with the management company and Mike and Claire was awesome. You won't regret this rental, even in February (if they rented then) you would love this house!!! Mike and Claire, thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home, we look forward to next year. In fact, I might start a countdown paper chain that I string through my house ;)

  Just spent a wonderful week in this great house. We were two families -- four adults and five kids -- and we were delighted at how spacious and roomy the house is. The photos don't do it justice. The house was also clean and the central AC works beautifully. Terrific rooftop deck, too. But the greatest feature of all is the backyard mojo hut. We couldn't get enough of it. Two big thumbs up to the entire house.

  We found this house to be very clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. The home has a hot tub, a fun outside bar area, bikes, kayaks, an outside shower, roof deck, WiFi and a huge kitchen - with 2 refrigerators! It is in a great location to bike or walk to the ocean, a playground, tennis, boutique shopping and restaurants. Our group has an age range from 4 - 68 and everyone found something they enjoyed doing in close proximity. We will definitely be back to this house next time on LBI!

  This was our first time renting in Surf City. Our party consisted of 7 people. We rented mid-August. Mike could not have been more accommodating to us; any questions we had he always answered them promptly. What a spectacular roomy house! We absolutely loved it!!! The house was very clean. The photos were very accurate. Actually the house itself was more beautiful than the pictures. Although our weather wasn't that great; it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. The house had everything you could possibly want. Not many places come with two refrigerators. That was a plus. It was also great that their were bikes available for us to use and beach badges, and kayaks as well. It was also a nice touch to have your very own "MoJo" Hut and fire pit. It was also great because we had a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/supplies. Absolutely fantastic!!! Also, its a plus to have a huge gas grill. That was great. Mike and his wife have certainly thought of everything you could imagine. The only restaurant that I would recommend would be the Lobster Claw. Some of the other restaurants we tried we would not recommend. I am very happy to say that we will be returning next year!!! We truly had a wonderful time and are very grateful to have come across such a beautiful home like Mike's.

  It was everything described here and more. The house was spacious, clean, and everything was in working order. The kitchen was very well stocked, making cooking and cleaning up easy. The open floor plan was great for conversation, but there were rooms to retire to if needed. We especially enjoyed the Mojo Hut (rain or shine!), the outdoor bar with a ceiling fan and refrigerator. The hot tub and the bikes were also a hit. The house was conveniently located to both the ocean side and the bayside swimming area for kids. Mike, the owner, was very friendly, helpful, and returned our emails promptly. We had a great time and I highly recommend this rental property.

  WE are ready to move in!! This house was perfect for our family with older kids. Beautifully decorated, plenty of meaningful space for everyone and many extras that made our stay wonderful. Mike and Clair were responsive to questions and interested in our experience. The house was clean, well maintained and so comfortable that we really could have stayed the summer! With family that live on the island year round we knew we couldn't go wrong renting for a week ~ now, why go anywhere else!

  My family and I have been going to LBI since I was a kid. We have stayed in different towns and houses and I can say, in all honesty, that this was by far our favorite house! The house is so much bigger than the pictures suggest and the outdoor area is so unbelievably cool! The owners generously gave us use of their bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards - and since we were coming from Arizona, this was perfect! I also love that there are two living areas. We were with lots of family members and never felt crowded. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be coming back!
