  Finished a 2-week beach trip with 10 nights in this condo. When I walked in and saw the "flip-flop" plaque, shadow box, and picture, I knew This was the place for me. (I have a set of bath towels and a kitchen towel with flip-flops appliqued on them that I bring to the beach every year). The view of the beach is fantastic, the proximity to the lagoon pool and more private pool is unbeatable, and I LOVE being on first floor so I can use the stairs for easy and quick access to the beach, pools, and parking lot. The condo is very nice and comfortable. The king-size bed is as comfortable as mine at home, and the chair in the bedroom was my favorite (inside) for reading and playing games on the web. It was great having wireless Internet access! The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable-love the adirondack chairs, they are very comfortable. Fully-equipped kitchen made cooking shrimp suppers and pecan pies easy - and you certainly can't beat the view from the kitchen! Great communication with the owner-she was quick to respond to all inquiries. I look forward to renting this unit again. The location of the complex is convenient to Wal-Mart and Walgreen, and just a short drive to my favorite grocery store-Publix. Love that Pompano's is practically across the street and Waffle House is right next door. As the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words", and the pictures shown reflect the appearance and amenities of the property.

  The owner is so nice and helpful! The view is amazing, it's like being right on the beach because it's only one floor up. There is not a pool in front of your balcony, only green grass, then sand and ocean! SO clean and accommodating! Home away from home.. For real! Thank you!!

  This condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was spectacular! Being on the 1st floor was really nice and was only a couple dozen stairs (conveniently located just out the front door) and you are on the ground level. We never used the elevator once, it was so easy to use the stairs. Quick access to thte many pools, hot tubs and of course the ocean. As another reviewer commented, the pictures were quite accurate, and no "trick" angles to make it look better than it was, as is the case with many of the condos out there. In fact, the real feel you get when there is better than the pictures. The balcony is huge, and there is no shortage of chairs. Linda even has a boogie board and some beach toys for the kiddies. The place is great and we were very comfortable here, too bad our week went by so fast. By the way, besides a kitchen fully equipped with dishes and across the street and down 1 block from a WalMart for groceries, you are also very close to any type of restaurant you could want, and right next door to a Waffle House.   My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 nights, and it was great! We're in our mid-20s with no kids, and the condo was just the right size, though a family with one or two children would probably enjoy it as well. We loved being right on the beach with quick access to restuarants, etc. We stayed at the condo in early August and expected the beach to be very crowded, but it wasn't bad at all...actually much less crowded than the condos closer to Pineapple Willy's. The owner takes great care of the place, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

  This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, it was just as wonderful as the year before, everything is up to date..even the menus from local restaurant(which is so handy).Clean, and well decorated...We will never stay anywhere else, the location is wonderful, i love the 1st floor, and even the location of long beach is wonderful..Already have this condo reserved for next year.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  View was spectacular, very comfortable and cozy. Loved being able to zip downstairs to the pool or beach. Loved the choice of pools and they were well cared for. Convenient to any attractions. Condo had everything we needed for a very restful and fun break. Very nice. Thanks for sharing your condo. We will be back and refer to friends and family.

  Your condo was just delightful! Attention to detail was everywhere. The condo was decorated in a colorful and tasteful manner and clean as could be. Everything we needed was there. The view was fantastic and the balcony very large and the view was from the bedroom and living room. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding very nice. The TV's were new flat screens and the kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family and feel sure they would enjoy it! We will rent this condo again!! Thanks for letting us stay at your property!!

  We have been coming to PCB for 15 years, and staying at Longbeach Resort for 10.This is the nicest, cleanest and most equipped room we have ever stayed in. They had everything that we needed, plus stuff we havent even thought of. This condo is where we will stay from now on..

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.
