This elegant and luxurious three bedroom condominium is a large corner unit on the 14th floor.
It boasts 2000 Sq. Feet of space, two full balconies, travertine stone floors and carpet, along with unique 10 ft. ceilings.
Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom, TV and DVD entertainment system. Internet access is also located in the great room.
The open gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and appointments. It is well stacked with everything you may possibly need. The kitchen also included bar sitting and family size dining table.
The great room is large, bright and open with floor-to-ceiling huge sliding doors leading to the balcony. Plenty of light shines through three big windows (as it is a corner unit) with Ethan Allen custom window treatments. The living room leads to the master bedroom entryway.
The master bedroom overlooks the beach. It has a large sliding door to the balcony. It also has a walk-in closet and a very large, beautifully decorated bathroom with two sinks, a jacuzzi and a large separate shower.
The second master suite has also a private balcony, an oversized bathroom and a walk-in closet. It is located at the far end of the unit for additional privacy and comfort. The third bedroom has two single beds, a closet and access to the third bathroom. It is decorated with child-sized table and chairs.
A washer and dryer is available in the large laundry room with a closet.
This meticulously maintained condominium is located on one of the most beautiful beaches. The panoramic view from the balconies allows you to enjoy the crystal white beaches and the emerald green waters of the gulf from sunrise to sunset.
Since Grandview East sits closer to the sand than neighboring properties, you get unobstructed views up and down the beach.
Grandview complex has a heated pool and exercise facility, a private boardwalk to the beach, as well as excellent on-site management by Royal American. Wonderfully located, you can walk on the beach to Pineapple Willy's for dinner and cocktails. Pier Park and the new International Airport are just minutes away. Lots for the kids to do even OFF the beach like Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, a huge arcade, roller skating rink, bowling alley, water park, go-karts, miniature golf, etc. all within five minutes. Three golf courses, numerous superb restaurants (Bonefish Grill, Fire Fly, Boatyard) and shopping are all nearby.

This was a beautiful condo in a perfect location. The owner was very kind and accomodating. The condo was clean, quiet, and the decor was lovely. It was a perfect place for our vacation with the children and grandchildren. I loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bath. It was fully equipped with all we needed. The only downside was the parking. There are too few parking spots at the condo, most of the parking is across the street. This would not have been an issue apart from the fact that we arrived on the same day as hurricane Debby. All in all it was a terriffic place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the beach and needs space for lots of people.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

WOW!!! What a glorious five days spent in Florida!!!! The condo was everything that was promised. We couldn't have picked a better place to bring our family together for a short reunion. There was plenty of room for all of us. The two balconies were outstanding and provided a beautiful view of the gulf and the land area. The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. Everything in the condo was clean and we couldn't have picked better place. The beaches were the most beautiful ones we have seen in Florida. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and relatives. The only problem we had was our visit was too short. We all wanted to stay longer!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

The owner was so easy to work with and everything was just as he said it would be plus some!!! :) We had the best time and look forward to returning in the future. We cannot say enough about The Unit 1401 at Grandview East and will be telling our friends about it! The condo is beautifully furnished and we had every convenience provided for! We loved the view from the balcony with the gulf in view just about from everywhere. The kids loved the beach and the partially shaded pool was very convenient for our 3 year old. One of our favorite things too was never having to wait for an elevator. This just never happened anywhere else!! Awesome place, great value and the photos we took say it all!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

I would highly recommend this upscale property to anyone. The amenities in the condo alone made it hard to leave. The beach was perfect and much more private then the other beaches we experienced. We enjoyed the magnificent gulf view from our huge balcony every morning and evening. The property pools were also very nice and convenient with partially covered area to escape the heat. We also enjoyed everything that was going on on the outside once we left this private location. I find myself hesitating to give Grandview East such a great review, only because I do not want too many people to find out about it! We will definitely return.
