This beautiful pet friendly unit is a one bedroom with hall bunks and pull out sofa making it comfortable for 6 guest. It has 2 baths and a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary umbrella and chairs put out for you every day in season. There is high speed internet and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This is a top floor condo in building 2 that faces the beautiful Gulf of Mexico at Maravilla. It has an awesome view of the the Gulf and the pool.
Maravilla Resort is a 33 acre beach community close to everything Destin, Florida has to offer. It has 2 pools (one heated), 1 hot tub, tennis courts and plenty of parking. Just walk across the street and you are at the most beautiful sugar white beaches in the world. Complimentary chairs and umbrella are provided during season.
The fully equipped club house has a big screen TV with a sitting area, kitchen and dining area and may be reserved for private family gatherings.

This condo was great! Everything was just as described from the description and photos. The beach and location were also great. We have been to other parts of the gulf before, but this might be one of our favorite areas. It's not too crowded with high rise condos in the area, but there are plenty of things to do within 10-20 minutes. We also loved that our greyhound was allowed to come on vacation with us. I think she had more fun that we did.Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I recently returned from this great condo. Everything was exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. It was tastefully decorated and was extremely clean upon arrival. There was plenty of room to spread out and the furnishings were nice and comfortable. The balcony was private and provided an excellent view of the beach. The air conditioning worked really well, which is a big plus for me because I tend to be hot-natured and don't sleep well if the room is the least bit stuffy. Another thing I really liked was that this condo is located on the top floor, so there isn't anyone above you bumping around and making a lot of noise. It was very peaceful! Even though Scenic Gulf Drive runs between the complex and the beach, it really wasn't a problem for us. The walk down to the beach was very short and it was so convenient that the beach chairs and umbrella were provided. If you are unfamiliar with Destin, this is located in a very nice area; all of the surrounding condos/homes are high quality and just a mile or so down the road is a gated community of million-dollar beach-front homes. At the same time, the drive to our favorite restaurants wasn't too bad. Just down a couple of miles down the road (toward Sandestin) is a place called the Whale's Tale--of all the places we ate for breakfast this place was our favorite. The greatest thing about this place to us is that it is pet friendly so we were able to bring our 4-legged furry friend. I would highly recommend this condo to others!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.
