This family fun complex is the perfect place for your family's annual beach vacation. The complex has a private pool, bbq area, laundry facilities and best of all an ideal location!
Our contemporary collection of sparkling clean, comfortable, and spacious units are available in a variety of configurations to meet the needs of any traveler with a total of 3 units sleeping 16-18 guests.
Our Beach Complex offers you the selection of a main unit, a separate guest unit and a one bedroom unit totaling 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This wonderful property is composed of 3 units. First unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, second unit one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and third unit with one bedroom and one bathroom, all comfortably accommodating 16 guests. The three cottages are all one the same premises, ideally for families that want privacy but still be together. The private pool is located in the middle of all three cottages.
This vacation compound has an ideal set up. Main unit features two bedrooms and two baths. Master Suite has a Queen size bed with a seating area featuring a pull out sofa, second bedroom has Queen size bed and the Living area has a pull out sofa to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Guest unit is two bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, second bedroom has a trundle bed and the living area has a pull out sofa to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Third cottage is a one bedroom featuring a queen size bed to accommodate 2 guests. All cottages have full kitchens, comfortable dining and living room areas.
This great compound is ideal for a large family or a group with multiple families. Each property is fully equipped with its own appliances, utensils, sheets and towels. It offers privacy and families have the opportunity to entertain, interact and enjoy each other while being in the same premises.
This property is located in South Clearwater Beach walking distance to Pier 60 and the beach. Beach is accessed through the public beach access located behind the motel in front of this retreat. Here you will find one of the world's most beautiful beaches with many activities.

We recently stayed in this property and had such a quiet and relaxing time we want to come back next month! The weather in Florida is fantastic and we are seriously considering purchasing a vacation home there. This experience was unforgettable and the memories will be with us forever. The staff was very professional and helpful, they made us feel so welcome. This was one of the nicest vacations we have had. They even sent out a discount coupon for a future vacation which we will be using very soon. I just want to thank Beach Time Rentals for everything they did for us. The owners of this home should be proud to have such wonderful property and nice people representing it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My fiancé and I had the opportunity to rent this wonderful Beach home for the week. It was everything we could have asked for and more. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and has 3 bedrooms, a spacious family room and a large kitchen. The house sits on the north end of the island. The pool is beautifully maintained; heated and clean. We found the location outstanding and it allowed us to travel both up and down the coast. There are many attractions and beaches well within an hours drive. I would highly recommend this home for a family vacation or just a romantic getaway for two.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I spent a week here with my extended family in March of 2011. The unit is outstanding - beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is in good shape, lots of dishes, very nice linens and towels. The home is well maintained, very clean and secure. The walk to the beach is less than 1 minute and about 10 minutes to the Peir where there are nightly events and a craft market.We mostly ate in, but did enjoy pizza at Angelos, which I thought was really good. We did a cruise from the marina that was fantastic and also rented bikes in Dunedin and took the Pinellas County trial to Tarpon Springs - I would really recommend this.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We love the homey feel, the house a well equipped kitchen and nice dining area. Prime weeks book up fast! I rated this property excellent, based on what you get for the price. We have stayed in other homes at the same location for a lot more money (or less with a lot less). The property is well maintained and very clean! Pool was nice and clean. The walk to the beach is literally less than a minute.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
