Welcome to Casablanca, your 30a beach escape! This gracious custom designed home by renowned architect Gregory D. Jazayeri has everything you can imagine. Enjoy your relaxing vacation along the world’s most beautiful beach in one of the most unique and luxurious homes in Seacrest Beach Resort.
Our 4 bedroom/3-and-a-half bathroom includes 2 Master King Suites, 1 Queen Bedroom, and a 2 Twin Bedroom. Casablanca is perfectly situated across the street from the beach and a few steps to Seacrest’s luxurious 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. Our home is on the East end of the neighborhood and an easy walk to the shops and eateries in Seacrest Village AND Rosemary Beach. In fact, step out the back door and you are almost there.
Enjoy a book, cocktails or just sit and relax on the expansive front porch. Lounge under the fans on our two-person swing or in one of the cozy Adirondack chairs. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the fresh, beach air. When you enter the home, you are greeted by soaring ceiling, beautiful wide-plank wood floors and calming, neutral colors. The living room is furnished with 2 large, plush sofas and chairs. Enjoy flat screen HDTVs, DVD player/movies, an iPod docking station, and free high speed wireless internet throughout the house. If you love cooking local seafood you will have everything you need in the beautiful kitchen. Our cabinets are well-stocked with cookware and serving pieces. The beautiful granite countertops and Bosch appliances make preparations easy, and the farmhouse sink is so convenient for clean-up. A MHP gourmet gas grill sits on the back deck for char-grilling.
Conveniently located on the first floor is a King Suite along with a spacious closet and private bath. The bath has a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and trendy penny and subway tile. A laundry room, a half bath and beach equipment/bike storage are located off the hallway. An adult/child’s bike are on property, and addition bikes are easy to rent for a nominal fee. On the back deck, you will find a hot/cold outdoor shower.
Three additional bedrooms are located up stairs. The Master King Suite has its own private screened porch with a 2-person hammock that is perfect for napping. A flat screen TV is hung discreetly on the wall. The bathroom features dual sinks and dual granite counters, water closet, marble floors, and a marble walk-in shower with spa-quality rain shower head and separately controlled massage shower head. A walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space.
Down the hallway are two additional beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. The Queen Bedroom has a flat screen TV, spacious closet and balcony. The Twin Bedroom has two twin beds, spacious closet, balcony and adjoins the bathroom which can also be access from the hallway. The bathroom has granite counters and a soaking tub. In this house there is plenty of room for everyone.
Park the car for your stay. Our house is centrally located and easy walk or bike ride to everything. The free Seacrest tram takes you and all of your gear to the beach so you don’t have to carry anything.

I really enjoyed my stay at your home. It was so wonderful, tastefully furnished and very clean, My time spent there was absolutely perfect. We cooked in some meals and your kitchen was well equipped. The restaurants were also nice and enjoyable. The recommendations left for your home as for places to visit and eat were very helpful. Enjoyed the front porch and the swing. The large master shower upstairs was very relaxing. You seemed to have thought of everything. The photos online were very nice and descriptive. I will certainly recommend the Casa Blanca to friends and family.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

I enjoyed this home. Casa, Home...open, large and comfortable. Loved the location for the easy walk to pool, and beach, and for the shuttle service, returning home! The front porch is the absolute retreat after the hot beach, and the neighbors are just about perfect. The grill on the back porch came in handy when we grilled our filet mignon celebrating our last evening in Paradise. The bedrooms are large and fresh and very comfortable. This is a beautiful property, and I look forward to my next visit, to play it again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My stay at Casablanca was PERFECT. The house is beautiful and the property has every amenity for a dream vacation. My husband and I stayed at Casablanca for a week with our 10 year old and 2 yar old. The pool is 5-star! The kids didn't want to go to the beach! We rode bicycles (rented a 5 minute walk from the front door) everywhere because everything is so close. The kitchen is wonderful so we only ate out once! All of the bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds in their room. We will return to Casablanca every summer for sure! What a delightful house to stay in!! Walking distance to great shopping and dining. The pool is lovely and the beach a quick walk/bike ride away. Every "high end" amenity you could ever think of in this home. Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation. My husband and I rented your absolutely STUNNING home. Everything about your home was just perfect!!. It was extremely immaculate, comfortable and so relaxing. What a fantastic shower in the upstairs master! I also spent several hours in the hammock and the stress of work just melted away! The location on 30A is ideal! Beautiful pool. Easy beach access. We could not have dreamt of a better place! We will definitely rent with you in the future!. This home was perfect in every way. Immaculate condition and builder did everything first class. It would be hard to improve upon this. Our stay at Casablanca house was wonderful. Beautifully furnished rooms and the kitchen has everything you'll every need...even cookbooks! The marble master bath is spa like with it's oversize rain shower head and premium towels. We walked to restaurants and shopping.....Casablanca is located just minutes from Rosemary & Alys Beach. The Seacrest Beach swimming pool is a child's dream and has many areas to read and relax in both sun and shade. I would recommend Casablanca house to anyone looking for a beautiful place to spend their vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
