Walk along the ocean walk to one of the great restaurants in the Wailea resort hotels - or relax by the pool with a good book. One of the few locations in Wailea where a car isn't necessary. We just returned from 12 amazing days while staying at the condo. The property was beautiful and the condo was exceptionally clean and very well organized. The owner has taken alot of initiative to make your stay enjoyable - free NA calling, internet, beach towels and boogie boards. They also take the time to ensure that you have coffee, milk, juice and muffins when you arrive. We arrived late and it so nice not to have to leave in the a.m. to get coffee. The photo's are accurate. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely new outdoor furniture. It may sitting on the lania that much nicer. Great spot! We will be back.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Fantastic location, close enough to the beach to hear the waves at night but far enough for tranquility in the evenings. Great Lanai and BBQ. Local caretaker easy to contact if needed. Flippers, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards provided for use.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Good amenities, including guest parking, a big container of beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and kids beach stuff. Well equipped kitchen. Tiny ocean view from the front entrance, but it has a quiet and roomy lanai with dining space and a good BBQ and a pretty garden view. The place is free from traffic noise, so enjoy sleeping with open windows.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Warm, welcoming hospitality. Lots of amenities. Spacious inside with large lanai. Short walk to pool. In beautiful Wailea area with its lush vegetation and close proximity to great dining and shopping. Perfect spot for rest, relaxation and recreation!Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

Lovely apartment to stay in , on the best side of the Island. Was able to walk to the shops and the beach. Enjoyed the sunshine. Had a fantastic time. What more can I say!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

My wife and I just returned home from a 14 day stay in Stephens condo.This is the best equipped rental that we have stayed in during our many trips to Maui.The kitchen was equipped with everything you would expect to find at home.The amenities were plentiful ( paper products,shampoo etc.) The Lanai was spacious and equipped with a fabulous BBQ.Everything was as described in the listing. The grounds,pool area are very well maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend the condo to friends.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My husband and I took our newborn son to Maui and had an amazing stay at 904. The condo is well suited to families, there's lots of room and the amenities are excellent. We actually had some friends and their baby join us for a few days, and even with 4 adults and two babies (and all the stuff that comes along with them), we had ample space and and were incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stayed nine days in unit 904. It was very clean, we'll stocked. We liked the Tommy Bahama beach chairs that were provided. The lanai is large and has a very nice Weber grill. Condo is quiet inside and also on lanai. The entire complex is well maintain. Pool is a short distance from the condo and very nice pool to swim in. We enjoyed our stay and Stephen was great to deal with.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
