It is a great house to stay, well maintained and close to all attractions. I stayed there with one of my friend and his family, we were nine people. We loved our stay there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers

This has been by far is the best home we have stayed in. It's convenient to the grocery store , Target, a ton of restaurants and all the local attractions. We stayed at Lars' 3 bdrm house the first time we stayed here and had an amazing time. This time we upgraded to his 5 bdrm because we had our extended family come with us. As always, everything was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Although we didn't watch that much TV I was impressed that every room had their own TV and the game room had stuff including air hockey and a gaming console. A.2 Yes - The photos represents well the property. Q.3 Was the property clean and well-maintained? A.3 Yes - The property was very clean. Q.4 Was the owner helpful in answering your questions or concerns? A.4 Yes, the owner provided all necessary answers to all our questions prior to arrival at his property. Q.5 Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? A.5 Yes - Its location is in a very quiet area. Q.6 What nearby activities, attractions and restaurants would you recommend? A.6 The property is close to a Walmart and a lot of different restaurants (ie. IHOP, Denneys etc.) We stayed for a month at that property and we would go back. Well situated and in a very small are quiet area. April was a good month to visit Disney's and other Parks as we did not wait long for any rides as the crowds were small.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

House was just as advertised. Management company responded quickly to issues with burned out light bulbs & replaced one fixture when determined it was the problem. Being a landlord myself i understand this issue when prior renters neglect to tell the management /owner bulbs are out. Plenty of towels & even some kitchen supplies. Only minor complaint was the lack of a good fry pan. Other than that kitchen was well stocked for a weekly rental. Super Walmart was 2 blocks away so easy to get food & supplies. Many restaurants nearby even though we cooked on the Gas grill most nights. Close to all major theme parks. I would recommend this house to anyone I know.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

All I can say is WOW this totally blew away our expectations .. we've rented other villas and they don't compare to this .. it had everything we could possibly need for our stay and more (first aid kit, baby spoon, gravy boat) just to name a few .. My kids LOVED the pool and Games Room and I didn't mind the 65" TV :). Location is Great, Villa is Great .. Highly Recommended!!!! Thanks Darren .. looking forward to booking with you again sometime.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We recently stayed at this property and would recommend it to family and friends. The owners and management team were extremely helpful during our vacation and were available when we needed them and were extremely accessible. They were always friendly and helped when they could - even when it wasn't required. For example my husband needed to unexpectedly do some work while we were there and the office brought over equipment for him to use without us even asking. There are also extras in the house. Large screen TV, digital recorder, video on demand, etc. It was centrally located and we could literally be almost anywhere we wanted to be within minutes. All in all it was a great vacation and choosing this property added to it.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My family of six stayed here at Christmas and had a wonderful time. The home is very spacious and Darren was great to deal with. It was very easy to get to Disney World and Universal Studios.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

What can I say, except this Villa is beautiful and has EVERYTHING you need to have a fantastic vacation! We arrived on a friday for a 5 day vacation, as soon as we opened the door we noticed how clean, bright, and spacious the home was. Straight away the kids ran to the pool where they played for hrs and gave us time to unpack. We decided to BBQ that evening and relax so went to the supermarket just 5mins away to shop for a splendid dinner which we grilled on the huge BBQ on the patio! All bedrooms are decorated beautifully and fresh linens provided throughout the home! In the morning we sat and had breakfast watching the sun rise over the lake, the sunlight you get all day while in the pool and patio from 7am until 5pm! I can see now why people recommend not to stay in a hotel but to rent a villa, this was an amazing experience and we will certainly be back to stay on out next trip to visit Mickey and co!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Owner has taken great care and thought to provide everything you would ever need for a perfect vacation! Great location, home is immaculate and has all amenities you could wish for! Love the Pool with lake view and Hot Tub!! Our kids didnt want to leave! Will be back next year this time for 10 days! This house exceeded all of our expectation. Everything was perfect inside and out. The house is well maintained, cleaned well between rentals and had all the items necessary as if it was your own home. My kids loved the pool and spacious living area. A real treat, especially being so close to Disney. We highly recommend this house for those who are looking to stay outside the theme parks.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My husband I took our three kids to Orlando for the first time for two weeks. I booked this house "blindly" off the internet and hoped for the best. I'm happy to say that the house delivered beyond my expectations. It was a close drive to all of the parks and outlets where we stocked up on clothes for the whole year. The best part was the huge Walmart around the corner which also carries groceries. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, it was well stocked with kids stuff from games to movies. The kitchen was also fully equipped which was a huge relief for me as I've had a bad experience with that in the past. The bbq also looked brand new. We spent several days in the house just lounging and playing by the pool which overlooks a little lake. The owner was very resposive to the whole expereince was seemless. Highly recommended and we can't wait to come back next year! My sister and her family may join as well as there was still plenty of space.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I really enjoyed our selves during our 1 week stay here!! Its quite large, with more then enough room for a large family, and if your family is on the smaller side even better. There were nice amenities such as the screened in pool, the game room, flat screens throughout, etc. It has a very nice central location which was no more then a 15 min. ride from the airport and around a 10 min. ride to Disney property. All and all, a wonderful house for a lovely vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

When looking for a home to rent for vacation I was overwhelmed with the variety available online. We are so happy we chose your beautiful home!! Everything is catered for from the fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, Fresh Linen and immaculate house, there was no need for us to purchase anything and haul extra luggage for our kids. The pool with lake view was amazing and the kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool every day! Very conveniently located for access to all the attractions and the 24hr HUGE supermarket just 2mins away is a huge plus Thank you, Thank you Thank you for a great vacation!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed here for 7 days in December for Xmas and had a fantastic time. House had everything we would ever need and the kids loved the games room and pool! Next time we come back to Orlando we will be staying here, much more cost effective than staying in a hotel. Plus its great to BBQ with the family!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.
