This beautiful, non-smoking, vacation home in sunny Florida is located in an upscale, gated community - just minutes from the major attractions!
The home features a large private pool with spa; heat for the pool and spa is available at an additional charge. The large pool/lanai area is enclosed by a screened room. The pool has a lovely lake view, has a southern exposure for the best sunshine and the warmest temperatures! Comfortable poolside furniture is provided, and a gas barbecue grill is located poolside for your use (at no charge).
The house features six bedrooms, five full baths, and two half baths (one of which is conveniently located poolside). The huge second-floor master suite has a king-size bed and an extraordinary bath area. Two master suites on the first floor have queen-size beds and private baths, and one has a sliding glass door leading to the pool. A large bedroom on the second floor has a double bed, and is adjacent to its own large bathroom. Two bedrooms each have two twin beds, and share a full bath. A queen-size sleeper sofa is located in the living room. (Temporary beds can be added to the large second-floor bedroom upon request.) All linens are provided. A baby crib is also provided.
The kitchen features an electric range/oven, a full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, toaster, and two coffeemakers. All dishes, pots and pans, glassware, and silverware are provided. A baby high-chair is also provided. The spacious family room has two sofas, a large TV with digital cable, a VCR, and a DVD player. There is a separate dining room and a living room with two additional sofas (including a sleeper sofa with queen-size bed). Off-street parking is available in the attached two-car garage, which houses the full-size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
High-speed Internet is provided at no additional charge.
The home is conveniently located just nine miles from an entrance to Disney World, and just two miles from 24-hour shopping at a huge super-center store. A large selection of restaurants and grocery stores is just minutes away! Also nearby is Sea World, Universal Studios, the Hard Rock Cafe, Florida Mall, and Old Town (which features restaurants, shops, rides, and free vintage car shows on Saturday nights!).
