  Owner was very quick to respond to our needs, listing was accurate, clean (except for ant problen in kitchen) and we would recommend to others. We have rented many nice places and this was the first time we had to take an inventory, which was a new experience. It was a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the dolphens.....weather turned out to be really nice. Many nice restaurants close by and we enjoyed Foxeys to name one.

  We just have to say that this was the best decision we ever made in a place to stay. The owners have really thought about how to make your stay stress free. Having 4 teenagers to entertain this was perfect. They fished, swam, and rode bikes to the beach and had a great time. The location is great with the beach only about 2-3 minutes away and grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 -10 min drive also. The owner was very helpful with all my questions so that was a relief knowing he was only a phone call away. The house is very well kept and has everything you need to have a GREAT time. We highly recommend this rental and my kids have high hopes in returning again because they enjoyed it so much. Thanks again to the owners for opening up your home for us to enjoy.

  Just returned home from a 7 night stay at this house. My 3 boys (age 10, 8, 6) and my wife and myself had a blast. Great pool, great dock for fishing, safe, upscale neighborhood, no worries. It's a mile to the beach so we had to drive which isn't ideal, but we were very happy with having our own home on the bay. Saw dolphins 3 times hanging out in the back yard, crazy looking sea birds would visit, and the grill fired up like a champ. The owner Jeff was fantastic to deal with. If your considering Treasure Island, or any of the St. Pete Beach areas, this home for the price is the way to go.

  Our week at this beautiful and cozy house was definitely one of our best family vacations yet. The house has EVERYTHING! No need to pack any beach towels or chairs as this house is fully stocked with all your needs. I am an avid review reader and most of our vacations are selected based on the reviews of the previous renters and when this house was described as having everything, I still packed "the usual" but quickly discovered that what I packed was duplicated by what Jeff provides at this house. The view was incredible and couldn't wait to have my coffee by the pool while watching the dolphins every morning. The beach is literally a 2 minute drive and parking was never a problem. The bicycles provided were an added bonus for our family of four. Since my husband is from this area, we can't say enough about the great restaurants and amenities that Treasure Island and the surrounding area has to offer. The owner was always available to answer any questions and was extremely accommodating. We hope to be back next year!

  Ok this home was A-1. Decorated with class. Quality throughout. Spotless. Had bikes, fishing rods and lots of pool toys ready for us. This home had everything you could want and more. Fished off the dock, swam and spa time too! Such beautiful sunsets, quiet and so relaxing!! This home is a 10. Owner was great, felt like were were staying at a friends house..we'll be back

  Wow we have just returned home from an amazing vacation. The home is just as the pictures show. The house is very inviting, with beautiful furnishings and decorations. You don't need to pack anything but your clothes. The home had everything that you would need. Towels, linens, beach towels and Jeff, the owner, made sure there was enough lawn chairs, all brand new, for our family of 6. The fold down chairs made comfortable beds for our grown children. The pool was fantastic. Birds frequent the yard and were quite entertaining. We saw dolphins off the dock everyday. The owner, Jeff, answered all my questions and I was able to contact him during our stay. This was one of the best vacations our family has had and we hope to return next year.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our three month stay at this beautiful Treasure Island home. The description of the house and yard were very complete, with true-to-life photos. We loved having the spa, pool,and dock to use. There was a lot of wildlife to watch, from ducks to herons to osprey, as well as dolphins. The house is very well equipped and the location ideal...close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We hated to leave and are looking forward to returning next year.

  We stayed here between Christmas and New Years. This house and the area is everything and more than what we expected. It's been well kept and everything works. The neighborhood is excellent and the location is a very short distance from the TI beach. We will definitely consider coming here again.

  The rental home was as accurately described. The photos accurately reflect the rental and I was provided additional photos when reguested. The home and property was well maintained and very clean. The two bedrooms were comfortable and overall home size was good for the 4 adults that stayed there. The owner had fishing poles, bicycles, pool floats, beach chairs etc available for use. On one morning we had 5 Dolphins swim straight down the waterway pass the dock and put on a wonderful show. The weather was perfect for the time of year that we stayed there, high 70's to low 80's each day and 60's each night. The house location is in a very quiet and peaceful area. There are lots of amenities within minutes, but would recommend having a car if planning to drive beyond a three mile radius of Treasure Island. Otherwise, there is a wonderful cab service (www.jimmiesfreebeachrides.com) that charges "tips" only within the 3 mile radius. There is great shopping (Tyrone Mall, Ellenton Outlet Mall, etc...) close by as well as wonderful restaurants and Pubs such as the Outback, Macaroni's, Sea Hags, Ricky T's, etc.... The only drawback of the rental was that we would have liked to have had the pool heated as the temperature dipped at night, the pool was cool during the day. In the meantime, the heated hottub at night was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed. We would highly recommend this rental as it was spacious, clean, centrally located and it was very homey and comfortable. The home owner was very accommodating and provide us with all the information we needed and then some. We will definetly return....

  Our family stayed in this beautiful home on July 17th for 8 nights. This home was everything we hoped for and more! The home was very well maintained and had everything that we needed from fishing rods to beach chairs. The pool is amazing as well as the view! We have a 6 year old and an 11 year old and none of us ever wanted to leave the house but if you do anything you need is all within a short drive up the road! The owners are wonderful and were very nice to work with! We are already planning next years vacation with them! I would and am recommending this home to all of our friends and family! Thank you Cole family for letting us rent out your beautiful home! The Gillilands

  I thoroughly enjoyed my vacation. The house was exactly as was shown in the photo's. The sunset from the dock was beautiful. Seen lots of fish and even caught a few. The owner's were great to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was in a great location, close to all ameneties but quiet. Hope to go back again!

  I rented this house for my sister's Bridal Shower weekend and it did not disappoint! Even with the beautiful beaches,shopping, and restaurants which are literally across the street we only left the house once! The rest of the weekend was spent lounging in the pool,hanging on the dock, and sipping coffee admiring the views. The house is stocked with just about anything "extra" you could need---a stocked kitchen, plenty of sheets, blankets, towels, pool noodles and rafts, beach chairs, etc. You literally can unpack your suitcase and feel "at home". It is a wonderful place for a "staycation" with the kids, a girls' weekend, or a monthly rental. We will be back!
