  We had plans to do a number of different activities in Sun Valley, but part of the experience for us was having a place that we would enjoy afterwards. The TV was nice and big (which it isn't at other places) and fun to watch movies on. The couch fit our family of six just fine (in fact, we'll be looking into one for our own home). The fireplace worked very well and kept it nice and toasty after playing in the snow all day. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was nicer than expected. The BBQ worked well and the table was plenty big for food and games. Overall, this was a very comfortable place for us. It's always tough to take a risk when one is spending money and time (and there's no going back once you're at the doorstep), so we were very happy about this place and found the owner to be very accomodating. I would not hesitate to return and/or recommend this place to others. Rent with confidence!

  We just returned from a winter break ski vacation in SV. We spent 8 nights in this townhome and we loved it. It is a generous size for a family of 4. It was cozy, comfortable, had all the amenities you need and more. It was only a 7 minute ride to the River Run Lodge. It was clean and stocked with the basics. I really appreciated this. With some rentals, there isn't even a roll of paper towels, dish soap, etc. to get you started. This place had all that and more. We spent many afternoons in the private hot tub after a long day of skiing. The owner was very accommodating and responsive during the booking process and also there if we need anything during our stay (but we didn't). We will definitely be back next year. It was just perfect.

  This place was absolutely amazing, and just as described. It was such a beautiful and well decorated HOME!! This home has all the comforts of being at home. Everything was very clean and stocked with any and everything we needed. The owners have done an amazing job, offering such a beautiful home to others. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation place in Sun Valley. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us :)

  If we had to limit our review to only 3 words, they would be: Cozy, Comfortable and Stylish! As we are allowed a few more, I will make use of them to let everyone looking for Sun Valley vacation accommodations know that this is the place you should choose! This is the first review I have ever written for anything; and I was compelled to take the time for this property. The photographs are very true-to-life which was a pleasant surprise! Have you ever looked at a hotel website and wonder where the rooms are that are featured because they don't seem nearly as nice when you arrive? Not so, with this property. It is every bit as lovely as the photos. The decor is VERY tasteful, but still extremely cozy and inviting! We felt at home instantly! It was a great treat to come back from skiing to relax in this very comfortable home. (Oh, and did I mention how gorgeous it is?) Not knowing the area, we had been concerned before our arrival about the proximity to the slopes and to the attractions in town...we needn't have worried. Everything was nearby...Baldy and Dollar; shopping and dining...I should add a 4th word to that quick overview: Convenient! And just to round out the experience, this beautiful town home is spotless; and the owner (who is super nice!) lives in the area and is available to answer questions, give restaurant recommendations, etc. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the attractions the area has to offer in warm weather. If we do, this is where we will be staying...no doubt about it!

  This made our vacation 'a vacation'! To me one the most important factors is the location I select for my husband & or friends. Upon walking in I knew I had made the right choice, this condo is everything anyone would want & more. We have traveled extensively and this is one of the best all round ‘feel at home’ locations! The only way to describe it, you feel at home. There is no guessing here, the pictures are precise & yet don’t tell half the story and if you cook, you are set- Love the kitchen and I don’t cook when on vacation. Beautiful decor, comfortable, clean, natural lighting, from the study to the bedrooms, and let’s talk closet space. Your private deck and a grill under the starts at night, it was great! Home is well stocked, little things one takes for granted, close to everything short drive to town or either base (don’t need the bus route but it is right down the street from the driveway) and yet this location allows you to come in after a day of skiing to a relaxing state of mind. Need anything the owner is a wonderful person, I think I said it all in the beginning ~ Magnificent, Beautiful w/Comfort & Convenient, This is the ONE!’ so when we are in Sun Valley we know where we will be staying.   We stayed with Rob during June. The weather was awesome and the condo was even better. The two queen bunk beds are an excellent touch. The girls loved it. Dad loved the giant TV with its awesome stereo system - he watched the US Open like he was there. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so we slept with the windows open. We look forward to our next visit - we know exactly where we plan to stay.

  I have been coming to the Sun Valley Area for years mixing business and pleasure and have always been on the lookout for a great place to stay especially when I bring my family. This property was everything I look for. I am in Sun Valley several times a year and have stayed here twice this year. If your looking for a well maintained, nicely furnished and great location with all the amenities, you've found it.

  Our first trip to Sun Valley could not have been more perfect. This Condo is very well decorated and exceptionally well maintained. We have rented other homes, and this is, without a doubt, the best one yet! The Owner (Rob), was extremely polite, and helpful, and made the experience even easier. As nice as the pictures are, the home is even better. We give this property our highest recommendation, and agree with the other excellent reviews. The Shops and Restaurants in the area are top notch, and the Slopes of Sun Valley are beautiful. The Condo location makes it easy to explore all of the Local Attractions. When we return to Sun Valley, during any Season, we will stay here!

  Where do I start? This was our first excursion to Elkhorn and Sun Valley. I look forward to visiting again not only for skiing but to experience the other seasonal outdoor activities. We probably made the trip during one of the warmest weeks they have had in years during the month of March. However, this property and it's amenities made the trip memorable, regardless if the skiing was less than optimal. The proximity to the slopes, Ketchum, and Hailey as well as the reataurants and reasonable pricing for quality wherever we went was a welcome surprise. The properties personal decorative touches and attention to detail, the original themed artwork throughout, the well stocked kitchen with contributions left behind by assuredly previous happy occupants, the wonderful IPod music selection and sound system, the advanced lighting controls, fireplace, large HDTV, hot tub....I could go on and on. We had all the comforts of home and then some. The pictures and description of the property were accurate but looks even better in person. Rob, thanks for checking with us during our stay and your consideration. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending that others enjoy your wonderful abode! Hope to be in touch with you again in the near future.

  This was our second trip to this home in the Elkhorn area of Sun Valley. We have nothing but praise for every aspect of the rental of this property. First of all, it is a tremendous value (we have tried to save a few bucks and been disappointed). Not this one! The folks that own the unit are great...they described everything accurately and know the area very well. They could not have been more helpful. The home itself has every imaginable need. It has been well designed and the addition on the rear makes all the difference. The furniture is very tasteful and high quality. It is clean as a whistle and very comfortable. The hot tub is very well maintained and sure hits the spot after hitting the slopes. Finally, the location is perfect....5 minutes to Dollar or Baldy. We will be back this coming winter.
