  We stayed at this property for 3 weeks over the Christmas period and would gladly stay again. First, it is in a fab location. It is a short walk to a major food market, shops, cinema and pub. There is a small store just around the corner where you can walk to get the morning paper (which we did each morning). It is easily accessible from the airport and a short drive to all major tourist attractions. Mick (the owner) was fantastic. The house was very clean upon our arrival and with the instructions provided we had no difficulty in making ourselves at home. It was furnished with pretty much everything we needed for our stay and had the benefit of child safety alarms on the door so our young son could not exit to the pool area without setting off warning chimes (these could also be turned off if you don't have kids). The pool was fantastic, we spent many days sitting out on the deck and swimming. It is a decent but pleasant walk to the beach and with the pass provided there was parking if you didn't feel like walking. This was a huge bonus as we spent a lot of time at the beach (which was pristine and well cared for). The house is nicely furnished and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we were in heaven! If you are looking for a nice family property in Naples - this is the place.

  My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home for 2 weeks in early Dec. 2011. This home has been tastefully updated, is well appointed and clean. The Master is very large with an awesome tray ceiling, large walk-in closet, double doors to screen lanai and has a very nice bathroom with walk-in shower. The split floor plan allows for convenient "separation" from the kids or other couples if traveling with friends. The 3rd bathroom which is accessible from both inside the home and the Lanai is great setup. Nice living areas and dining areas and top end kitchen complete the experience. The salt pool was fabulous! The neighborhood is nice and although close to Tamiami Trail, we could hardly notice the traffic. Easy access to everything you came to Naples for. Owner is local, easy to contact and is quite the handyman, (he fixed the brakes/wheel on one of the 2 provided bikes, with a simple phone call!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Lovely property, very well maintained with high specification fixtures and fittings (the pool was fantastic). Stayed with our two teenage daughters in August 2011, had a great time, very close to beach (the pass was very useful), shops and restaurants. On the map the villa looked quite close to the main road, but even sitting outside it was very very quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful time in Naples. Recommend Cheesecake Factory and Millers Ale House (especially Friday bike night)

  This house was amazing and so close to Vanderbilt Beach, which is incredible! Very well maintained and I can't say enough about the Pool and Hot Tub which my 3 year old loved. Mick and Sue you have a beautiful home! If/when we return I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

  I can't say enough about this beautiful property! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation at a beautiful and well maintained home. The pool area was fantastic and so close to the beach.
