Welcome to our wonderful beach condo 'Sanibel 603' on the beautiful coast of Gulf Shores. Sanibel is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two and one half bath condo located down West Beach just minutes from the Hang Out and Route 59. You will enjoy many amenities to include a fully stocked kitchen, dining for as many as six plus four stools in the eat-in breakfast bar. You'll find four ceiling fans throughout the property, as well as WiFi and Cable on the three combination TV's that have a DVD player and a VHS player. Plus to entertain the little ones, or the big ones, there are puzzles, books, cards and dice.
Each bedroom has a King size bed and the sleeper sofa is a Queen. There's plenty of bedding for everyone. But you didn't come to the gulf to stay in bed all day! Sanibel has easy access to the beach, the lagoon and 'the pass' where lots of fun can be had. Bring your canoe, kayak or wave runner - you are only one block from the pass - your gateway to the Gulf of Mexico!

RELAX ON THE BEACH
Our policy is simple: under-promise and over-deliver so as to give you the absolute best value in vacation rentals today. Prices include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a $49 damage waiver (gives you $1500 worth of accidental damage coverage during your stay), a small house cleaning fee of $125 and a linen charge ($25/bedroom and $10/bathroom) - which includes all your linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. There is also a small amount of clothes detergent, dish liquid and dish washer soap.
There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival.
We also offer trip insurance from an AAAAA rated insurance company. We highly recommend you give it your consideration because, if you would have to cancel your trip for any reason, you'd receive a full refund for your rental.

We stayed at Sanibel the first week of April. Our condo was big and roomy. We loved it!!! It is located in a nice quiet area which we loved. There are two pools (one big and one kiddie) that our kids loved...especially the kiddie pool. (They aren't heated though:(.) There is also an exercise room. Terri was great to work with, and she even had someone to call to check on us during the week. We were sad to leave!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores and really loved our "home away from home". Sanibel 603 was wonderful and was exactly as shown in the pictures! We were all so pleased with everything! The owners and managers were very helpful and emailed and called to check on us several times! We are already making plans to go back again next year and we want to stay in the very same home! Our view was breathtaking and just a short walk to the beach! Thanks again to Teri for helping us make this a very memorable vacation for our family! We can't wait to come again next year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Teri was an absolute godsend. We had reservations with another renter, but when we called for confirmation, he informed us that he had a better offer and cancelled on us. We were leaving in two days. I began sending out frantic e-mails. Teri got one of those e-mails and called almost immediately. She was able to find us a beautiful place, within our price range, that was also pet friendly. We will definitely be calling Teri again. She's the best!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway.

My husband and our teenager daughter and her friend stayed at grand beach resort. The view was awesome. The girls liked the loft and spiral stairs. We really could have used more household supplies as nothing was provided but one dishwasher tablet and sample dishwasing liquid. Also no one cleaned out the lint filter in a VERY long time. Clothes weren't drying due to clogged lint filter. Crossing the streeet to the beach was a slight inconvenience. A nice boardwalk and non flooding. Sidewalks would help. Next time I think we will look for beachside rental or at least a crosswalk.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

We do provide all your linens and towels, along with some toilet paper, paper towels and even little soaps at all of the sinks. PERFECT!!!! Far exceeded our expectations! Fantastic view of the ocean too! Cannot wait to return next Summer! Kevin and Teri were fantastic to work with! I sincerely cannot thank them enough for their help in so many ways! About the owner: My name is Kevin Wendelburg. I am a property owner, a real estate investor, and an Alabama real estate agent committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I started RelaxontheBeach in 2004 because I knew that the vacation rental/property management business in Gulf Shores needed a complete overhaul. I purchased my first beach house in the early 2000's and immediately listed it with one of the larger property management firms in town. While I was thrilled that the house rented as well as it did, I was not happy with the draconian commission structure, poor cleaning standards, and slipshod maintenance. I began to advertise and manage my property on my own and I doubled rental revenue in the first 24 months of owning the property. Neighbors took note. I received phone calls. I received emails. How in the world, they wondered, was I able to generate so much traffic? Every weekend there was a car in my driveway. 'Simple' I said, 'treat every customer like family.' The personal touch makes all the difference. Our potential guests are personally greeted by a knowledgeable representative. Our quality control director takes pride in the condition of all of our properties and ensures that our thorough cleanliness standards are met. I chose to buy a vacation rental house in Gulf Shores for a variety of reasons....the people are absolutely fantastic! Southern hospitality doesn't even begin to tell the entire story. From the waitresses with constant smiles on their faces, to the deep sea fishing boat captains with endless stories to tell, coastal Alabama can't be beat!
