Your cabin served as a perfect base camp for our Tahoe adventures. While here we enjoyed kayaking at crystal bay, mt. biking Mt Rose and Hole in the Ground, Truckee and a gorgeous hike up to Lake Aloha. It was low this time of year but still spectacular (16 miles round trip). If anyone hikes this, make sure to go all the way to the end of the lake and climb up a ways for a view. Rabins, again thank you for your hospitality and generous kind spirit. It was unforgettable.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We had an incredible time at the Rabin Retreat the past few days. It was a perfect first trip for the children to Tahoe. The weather was cool, but the sun was warm and inviting. We layed down on the hot black rocks to warm up our bodies from the cold spray of the waves. Then we put the hot rocks on each others backs like a spa. The hiking around the lake was breath-taking. So much beauty everywhere.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This has to be one of the best vacation home at affordable price I have stayed at. Everything you need for daily lives are provided. The place is sparkling clean, cozy and huge. Safeway is few blocks down if you need to grab grocery for lunch/dinner. Kayak, paddle boat rental are across the street by the beach. Property owner is a very nice gentlemen to talk/deal with. Highly recommended!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Kayleigh, great to hear you had such a good time enjoying Lake Tahoe; it is a wonderful place.
