  This was a great place for a fun family ski vacation. Lots of beds and a convenient location. Kelly was super helpful with maps, tips, and general information about Mammoth.

  I have to say, if you have children this place is a must. Our children quickly discovered the bunk beds and made themselves at home instantly. They LOVED those bunk beds. The gear rack was very useful and ideally located at the entrance. The place is modernly furnished which is just our style. The built-in corner seating area was a nice addition in the living room and became a 2nd hub for the kids. The dining area seats plenty (6 at the table, 3 at the breakfast bar). The condo is stocked with supplies (paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, fire wood, etc) and the kitchen has virtually everything you need, except a rice cooker if you're Asian (ha!). Most of all the owner, Kelley, is very thorough. She keeps you updated with what's going on in Mammoth, including deals on lift tickets when they are available. Communication was A+ as she always responded promptly if I had a question. She emailed me all kinds of useful maps. She was awesome! I absolutely recommend this condo to everyone, especially groups with children. I will definitely be booking here again. It is so reasonably priced!

  We had a great time with plenty of room to relax after snowboarding! Thank you for allowing us to stay and for being so helpful throughout the entire process! The condo was perfect in so many ways! We all slept well, stayed warm and enjoyed the meals we had together. This trip was meant for making memories and we accomplished that with your help! We loved how close it was to everything and hope that we make it back someday soon!! Thank you to you and your family for sharing with us your special place in Mammoth!!

  This condo rental is the best experience you will ever have! It has everything: prime location, covered parking, great amenities, and comfort. It has the luxury of a hotel, but with the privacy and comfort of your own home. We L*O*V*E*D it. The owners have very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated this condo. The entryway has a ski storage/coat rack that we used daily. The kitchen was so stocked that many of the items I brought (down to a coffee grinder) weren’t needed! You can cook comfortably for an army there (includes spices+condiments). Even though there were only 4 of us (two couples) this trip, one can appreciate how many people this condo could comfortably accommodate- the spacious loft has room for your whole brood. Every room has a huge flat screen TV and DVRs abound. WiFi+cable kept us happily connected throughout our stay. We rented DVDs at “Take 2 Video” (near Rite Aid) for fun movie night. The convenient garage kept us from ever needing provided snow shovel. The location of this condo was perfect. Just down the hill from Mammoth ski shuttle, we walked to the bus stop each morning for access to Canyon Lodge/Village Gondola or Eagle Lodge, depending on which direction you catch the circulating bus. Evenings, you can catch the same shuttle to go out. The condo itself is located perfectly within the Bigwood complex– just walk next door to soak in the jacuzzi or run a load of laundry. Little touches made this rental experience our best. Travel-sized toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and sunscreen were a thoughtful addition. Towels were plush and abundant. Firewood and kindling were completely stocked. We loved the wood fireplace – it filled the condo with comforting heat within minutes each morning and evening. In fact, we liked it so much that we plan to install a similar unit in our next house. Throughout the condo, useful information is posted right where you need it: How do I start the fireplace efficiently? Check the wall next to it. What’s the WiFi code? It’s noted in each room. The owners provide an informative notebook to answer any questions during your rental and they are available via text or phone call anytime. They even provided a restaurant guide and delivery service menu, which we used a few times when we were wiped out. Renting this condo was, by far, our best experience in vacation rental to date! Honestly, we never wanted to leave and we can’t wait to rent again.

  Our stay was wonderful!!! The unit was perfect for our family of four adults. Kelly was exceptional with providing all the necessary information and then some. The location was a couple of blocks away from Eagle Express which we always ski out of. The unit was clean and well maintained but a bit cold when first arriving. We will defiantly be back. Thank you for the memories.

  This was my first time in Mammoth and we were celebrating my husband's 30th birthday with family and friends. We had 8 total and this condo had plenty of space to make us comfortable. I love the open floor plan so we could all hang out together, and the location was absolutely perfect. We were right next door to a beautiful golf course and we able to take picturesque walks in the morning. And it's also right down the street from everything you would need...cute shops, cafes, groceries, etc. Booking the condo was also ideal. The owner responds so quickly, answering all my emails and questions, and she gave us more than info for being first timers in Mammoth. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this cute and comfy condo to anyone.

  My friends and I stayed at this condo for the Labor day weekend and we have an awesome time. The owner had been so helpful throughout our stay. I can't wait to go back to Mammoth Lakes and stay there again!

  This vacation condo was perfect-very comfortable without being fussy and had everything needed for a great home away from home. The owners have put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming space, both before and during the trip. We loved staying here and hope to return since the sierras, and Mammoth Lakes, are our favorite vacation area.

  This is my family's second stay at this condo. Once again, everything was great. Very clean, nice amenities, comfortable beds. Kelley is very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. I HIGHLY recommend this unit. The property is well maintained. The pool and spa are nice. We'll be back for a third time.

  We had a great time! The condo was perfect for our group of 4 and will comfortably accommodate 6-10 people. We will be back next year. A big thank you to the owners for making our stay so enjoyable.
