We stayed at the Northshore in early May and overall it was an ok place to stay. The condo itself is very nice although a little better job could be done cleaning the windows and the outdoor patio needed some attention. All of the other residents that we saw there were college students so there was a party atmosphere at the pool each day which is either good or bad depending on your tastes. Location is great - close to ASU, the light rail and Mill Avenue and cabs are plentiful so you might not need a vehicle. Make sure if you do have a car to put the parking pass in your car and leave it there which the management company does not mention in its literature. We brought our parking pass in the last night we were there since we had to leave early the next morning and I didn't want to forget it and pay the fine. At 2:00 in the morning a towing company came into the parking garage and towed our car because of lack of pass which cost us $155 to get out and we had to change our travel arrangement. I called the management company to ask if they could help out or had any ideas and I still have not heard back from themRecommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway.
