About the owner: Our family grew up in Central Florida and have always enjoyed New Smyrna Beach. We have finally purchased our dream beachside home and plan to spend as much time there as possible. We spent six months remodeling the home and continue to upgrade the amenities. We love the beach, fishing, boating, shopping, restaurants and everything the community has to offer.
