This Courtyard Villa, Village of Palo Alto- Villas of Tierra Grande, is conveniently located between Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs town centers. Each town center offers unique boutiques, national retail, restaurants and groceries, movie theaters and nightly free entertainment.
Our 1400 square foot two bedroom, two bath home has been recently redecorated. The living room is a large open sunny space with large sliding glass doors onto the lanai. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your cooking and dining pleasure. The Master Suite has new carpeting offers a door to the lanai. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the master bath that has a shower with shower seat, double sinks as well as a large walk in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with new twin beds and has just been recarpeted as well, large closet and chest of drawers. The guest bath has a tub and has been redecorated as well. Flat screen HD TV's are located in the living room and master bedroom. Cable andWiFi internet access is included.
While relaxing in the hot tub on the screened in lanai, you can enjoy the vista of the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The yard is completely enclosed by an eight foot wall for your privacy.
Upon arrival you will be furnished with a gate pass and guest ID card. The ID card will allow you entry to dozens of pools and golf at resident rates at all golf courses.
Shuttle service runs every two hours from the Orlando Airport non-stop to the Villages. Pack your suitcase and visit Paradise.

Our home is located on a quiet street with no through traffic. We love opening the glass sliders in the living room bringing the outside inside. The lanai is so relaxing with its large screened area and hot tub.
