  Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Die Lage der Wohung ist perfekt. Sie liegt in der Altstadt in der Nähe des Fährhafens und des Busbahnhofes. Man benötigt deshalb für alle Ausflüge und Erledigungen kein Auto. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder bis ca. 12 Jahre gut geeignet. Für mehr als zwei Erwachsene gibt es keine adäquaten Schlafmöglichkeiten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

  optimal choice of the perfect holiday home in the center of a town rich in history and natural beauty close to the sea but in the center can leave a boat at the pier, 200 meters from home at a very good price thanks to 'help the owner, of the very kind friends and the head of the pier that Vladimir is fluent Italian as well as the lady who greeted us Srdjana who treated us like friend..home very beautiful well furnished and comfortable for most people, but only two of us we were like the king and queen in a castle with a sea view and quiet fresco.vacanza perfect with trips to the park Karka up the river with our boat as well as the Kornati and drive to the beautiful cities of Split and Zadar Trogir a short drive away from home,Sibenik,town of which we fell in love and where we will return to live in the summer months.thanks to Denis the owner precise and caring person to meet us in all our requests! until next year .... ....

  We stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't have faulted the apartment to any degree. The apartment is situated right in the heart of Sibenik Old Town and offers the sanctuary from the bustle of the local marina and the bells of the Cathedral. Split over 3 floors and with 2 balconies you can choose a different view to suit your mood through each part of the day. Walking around I hadn't noticed any other apartment in the old town that was as versatile. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped if you like to cook as I do and wait till you try the shower. The overall seal for having enjoyed the trip was the network Denis the owner introduced us to in his absence. Nina from Indigo/Nostaljia Cafe was a perfect hostess as was Sandra and all the staff. And the food is great and affordable there also. We were made to feel right at home from the minute we dropped our bags. Its a small town so everyone knows everyone and coming from a big city, it makes such personal and refreshing experience. We've made some real friends. Needless to I will be back in some capacity.

  Denis' apartment was incredible for my newlywed wife and myself. The interior is beautifully remodeled without losing it's ancient Mediterranean feel. The city is incredible, easily navigated without a car. The people of Sibenik really appreciate their town's history and were hosting cultural events every night. We spent our mornings at the market, the afternoons at the nearby island's beaches, and the evenings at the local cafes and restaurants. 8 days ended too quickly. In addition to an incredible environment, Denis' friends at a nearby hostel took great care of us. Ivan and Srecko and his wife made sure our every need was met. 5 stars without any regrets.

  We absolutely loved your place. And, you were so right about not needing a car --- a huge waste of money. Your apartment was ideal. Sat out on the balcony every day to read. A wonderful view of the sea on one and an interesting view of the home to to the left on the other. We slept on the first and second floors as the winding staircase to the third floor was too treacherous for us, being senior citizens. Am sure younger renters wouldn't have minded. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer and used it often. The shower was great as well as the restrooms. Loved the beautiful teak table and chairs. The kitchen plus appliances as well as dishware, towels, linens, placemats, pans, etc. were fantastic. Your place is very comfortable and homey. What we loved most was the ideal location. We could walk every where and loved exploring the different walkways. Went to the Tapa Bar each morning for breakfast and usually in the afternoon or evening for a beer. Visited both National Parks plus several other islands. Often ate at various cafes on the waterfront. Our favorite places to dine were the Tapa Bar, MORE's restaurant on the waterfront, Bramasole's and Costellos. We liked your place so much that we decided to just stay in Sibenik the whole time. Thank you so much for leasing your place to us.

  Denis's home is truley a piece of art. It so lovingly made, every detail shows high craftsmanship and thought. Simple, comfortable, elegant: It is a pleasure and a joy to be in such a lovely home. The view was amazing, the environment was such that you could feel the heart beat of the old city. We loved it!!
