Almost New 3 Bedroom Single Family Home in Ship Bottom on Long Beach Island New Jersey just steps from the beach. This beautiful home is ideally located close to the Causeway and an easy drive to Atlantic City with its famous Boardwalk and numerous World Class Casinos. The house is one hour from Philadelphia and a ninety minute commute from New York City. Long Beach Island is a family friendly community that was voted one of the top Five Family Beaches in the USA by National Geographic Traveller Magazine in 2003.

This 4 year old home is just one short block (7 houses) from the beach. It is located close to all shopping and within walking distance to a supermarket, CVS, fresh produce stores and numerous restuarants and kid friendly activities including minature golf and bike rental shops.

There is a generous rear wrap around deck off the great Room glass sliding doors with table to seat ten to twelve and a brand new gas grill. The Great room is well-lit with large windows and sliders on three sides plus cathedral ceiling. The kitchen open to the lving room and dining and separated by a bar stool arrangement. It is bright and airy just as a shore home should be. Enjoy walking into the kitchen and Great Room with the windows open and a cool summer sea breeze moving through the house or enjoy the central air.
This 4 year old house was tastefully designed, decorated and furnished by a professional decorator to provide a relaxed beachy atmosphere. Furnishings are new and naturally in excellent condition. The master bedroom has King bed, TV with VCR, and private bath. Second bedroom has a bunk, twin over full for a second family to share and another twin. Third bedroom has a Queen bed and an addtional twin. The Great Room has a full sleeper. Hardwood floors in the Great Room with a dinning room table enough for eight plus seats. Kitchen has a U-shaped counter with stools for 4 more. This is a Great place to rediscover family values with children and grand children...
The house also boasts a rooftop deck for private sunbathing. the house also has an extra deep garage that can fit 3 cars plus plently of additional off street parking in the driveway and around the house to accomodate all guests. We also have an outside shower and dressing area under the rear deck.
We strive to provide our guests with a pleasant, relaxed and enjoyable vacation filled with great memories of Long Beach Island and a desire to return and visit us again soon!
We rent weekly in Season from June to September and weekly or for extended getaway weekends from October till end of May.
Groups and Proms $800-$1200 extra.

We had a wonderful time here during our vacation in August of 2010. This home is extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated, and designed with all the essentials in mind. Two baths, easy access to washer and dryer, fantastic kitchen that was stocked with everything, huge wrap-around deck with a very large grill, parking for 4 cars, comfortable beds, and beautiful wood floors. We just loved it. It's just a half block to the beach and convenient to all stores and shopping. Great location. Thanks so much. We really hope to be back soon. Anyone staying here will not be disappointed even if it rains!

My family of 7 stayed in the extremely comfortable home in August of 2010. Decorated beautifully, it is very spacious and included all the essentials. We did a lot of cooking here since the kitchen was so well stocked with everything one would need, and there was a huge gas grill on the wrap-around deck. Location was just one half block to the beach - which is wide and clean. Everyone just loved this home! The location was convenient to all the stores, as well as the beach - and we loved the nightly ocean breezes on that fantastic deck. You will just love this house - we did, and plan to come back.
