Adorable Lakefront Cottage on Lake Henry - Private Boat Ramp

This is a cozy lakefront cottage which offers beautiful views of pristine Lake Henry.(approx. 70 acres) A short canal along the side of the property connects you to popular Lake June which is a 4000 acre lake.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds. In the common area is a trundle bed which has two twin beds. There is a nice leather recliner, couch and over sized chair in the family room. All linens, towels are provided.
This large property has enough room for your pet to run ! You will love putting your boat in on the private boat ramp behind the house. There is a hammock, large deck with table and chairs and another sitting area along side the lake. Lake Henry also offers Jaxson's, a full service restaurant to which you can either walk or boat. Other shops, restaurants and grocery stores are just a few miles away.
We do not have a washer and dryer in the house but 100 feet away there is a washer and dryer in a laundry room for you to use.
Lake Placid is a small town with plenty to offer. City of Murals, caladium fields, bowling, craft emporiums, golf, beauty salons, churches, and restaurants are all very near by. Sebring is just 15 minutes away and has a large mall with a unique movie theatre, Highlands State Park, Sebring Raceway, museums, antiquing and plenty more. Dine with a live 14 foot alligator at the unique steak house 'The Watering Hole' serving mouth watering steak and seafood.

Cozy, cute vacation cottage. The owners were friendly and helpful and the place was well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds and modern kitchen. Nice yard with orange, grapefruit, and cumquat trees. Beautiful scenery and nice neighborhood. Caught bass and blue gill right off the dock. (Special thanks to our wonderful neighbors for their friendship and kindness!) Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

Very cozy and clean cottage, owners respond very quietly to any concerns. Neighbours very freindly and hospitable. Bring your water toys, ie. boat, canoe, seedoo, etc. because I could not find any rentals. Property is very large and pet friendly.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.
