  When we rented this house in Saratoga Springs for my daughter’s college graduation, we didn’t know that we were in for a treat. This homey and spacious house, with beautifully furnished and decorated common areas and bedrooms has a gourmet kitchen supplied with all necessary gadgets, dishes, cookware and condiments – we cooked and baked as if we were at home! A library of wonderful books, variety of board games, foosball and a private backyard - it all made for a fun pastime. Everything in this house is thought through in the smallest detail to accommodate the guests. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

  We rented this home for my daughters graduation from Albany Medical College May 2011and stayed for three days. It is a fantastic property- the pictures don't do it justice! Its on a quiet cul de sac, with no traffic and large parking area. The fenced backyard with swings and patio furniture is wonderful for children as is the playroom downstairs. The home has beautiful wood floors, a gorgeous kitchen and dining room, and comfortable family room. We had 10 people staying at the house and the rooms over the garage were perfect for the three yr old and her dad, since they were quieter than those in the main house. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in the main house, but 2 of them are only twin rooms - which worked all right for US, but would have been a problem if there were more couples. The owner was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The house is very close to a large park and the downtown area and was easy to find. With stairs up and down to bedrooms, it wasn't ideal for my 87 year old father in law, but he managed. Master has a HUGE walk in closet and the lower level bedroom suite was very private and comfortable. We used the Putnam Market for catering and their food was definitely 5 stars and their service even better. The cupcakes were a huge hit. We had the celebration dinner at Maestros at the Van Dam, in a private room, and our food and service were superb. We had lunch at Scallions in town and it was also terrific. Wish we had more occasions in Saratoga Springs!
