Million dollar view at a fraction of the cost. The mattress in the master bedroom was so comfortable and waking up looking at the gulf was great. The kitchen was perfect to work in and had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation in clean and comfortable surroundings. If I had to find a negative it would be the temperature of the pool water. Too cold to swim in the winters even though it is heated. But we spent all of our time walking on the beach and sitting on the deck. Even though some days were cold and windy we could sit on the deck and be warm. It is a big advantage to rent something like this right on the beach in the winter. That way you can enjoy the view no matter what the weather is. Our first visit to the Panhandle was fantastic due in large part to our accommodations here at One Seagrove Place. We so enjoyed our walks on the beach and even more so our hours on our 13th floor balcony reading, watching the dolphin pods, and cocktailing (it's always 5:00 at the beach!). Thanks to Marc for his graciousness and information on the area. Always so much to do and so little time to do it!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The unit is classy, well decorated but not overly so, and all facilities functioned well. The view, of course, is terrific from your balcony. We have stayed many times in the complex--including 1408 above--and yours has become our favorite. Do not change a thing. We tried to book a July visit but Marc said it was filled. Marc Boles, by the way, does a superb job for you. We visited this time in February just to see what winter was like. Rained all but one day, but the accomodations made it delightful. We have spent the last 12 Octobers at Seagrove Beach--mostly at Dunes of Seagrove where we can get 3 bedrooms or bunkroom for small grand children.
