  The information and pictures are very accurate. Access into the development was conveniently located and access in and out of the condo was very easy. The condo was centrally located to everything. The condo was exceptional clean, well kept and supplied. The furniture, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, etc. were like brand new. The decorations were very nice and overall the condo was very comfortable with a great view of the golf course. The outside pool was in walking distance. It was quite large, very clean with a large deck and plenty of chaise lounges to lie out on. There was even a hot tub. The indoor pool was great idea incase of bad weather. As for dealing with the owner, Cory, he could not have been more helpful with any questions we had regarding the condo and the Myrtle Beach area. He was very responsive, personal and easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are coming back in August. This time we may even try a little golf. Myrtle Waves, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landings are a few of the attractions we would recommend. There are many great restaurants in the area with a wide variety of foods to choose from. We will be recommending this condo to our friends and relatives. We plan to come back again in 2013. Thanks for a great stay.

  Spent the month of April at this condo. The unit was clean, modern and tastefully decorated with a comfortable King bed. The entire complex was well maintained. Enjoyed the golf course view from our patio every morning while having coffee. Nice, central location for access to various golf courses, shopping and sightseeing. We would not hesitate to recommend this property or to stay there again ourselves.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  The condo is beautiful and clean. The owners description was very accurate. Views of the golf course from the back patio and the swimming pool was great. I would definitely recommend this unit.

  Clean and very comfortable. Peaceful mornings on the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. Very convinient to the golf courses toward Conway. Easy in and out to Broadway At The Beach. Highly recommend this condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Stayed for the weekend. Great unit with high end features and a reasonable price. Definitely will stay again!!!
