  This is a little late but we had our wedding here in October. It was perfect! We got married on the front lawn under the new arbor the owners just put up. We held the reception in the back around the pool. We had a total of 75-80 people there for the wedding and everyone had a wonderful time. I was asked several times throughout the night about the house and how perfect the property was for our laid back rustic wedding. It worked out perfect because we had out of town guest and they were able to stay at the house since there is plenty of room. My husband and I have 7 children who were all there and they had a blast roaming the property for the weekend. We left with our children saying we should buy this place because it the perfect size for our family! haha! We look forward to coming back and having a family reunion in the future.

  My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet and spacious house. There were 6 families totally 19 people (12 adults and 7 little ones--6 of them under 3 years) and there was plenty room for all of us. Each family had their own room and bathroom which was perfect. The living room, kitchen and enclosed patio were open and wonderful for relaxing and hanging out with one another. The kids enjoyed the play area downstairs. The owner was so helpful with all the questions I had before we arrived and helped make our stay perfect. Overall wonderful experience. Thank you!!!!!

  We gathered 4-generations together and at the end of our stay everyone was still happy with each other! There is tons of room for conversation, fireplace warmings, board games, just chilling and places for the teenagers to get away from the non-teenagers. With seven bedrooms, everyone got a good nights sleep and the kitchen was amazing!!! Everything was exactly as we had expected based on the website. The owners were prompt in answering all of my many questions. This will go down in the annuals of family gatherings as one of the best. I would return in a heart-beat!!!

  Our experience was a good one. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a plus since we did not decorate our own house. We only had 10 people staying the night so everybody was comfortable. The downstairs room had ample space for 20somethings to have a good party. They really enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables and the downstairs kitchen was a plus. Meanwhile the adults were delighted by the fire pit sofa and whimsically decorated rooms. The property was clean and really quite lovely. Knowing that the nearby homes were owned by family made us feel good as well. I will rent it again when our other son graduates from college.

  I have just completed my vacation in your lovely home at Fayvetteville Ga. My family and I enjoyed our stay there immensely and I wanted to thank you for sharing your home with us.   We stayed here for our wedding this past Sunday and it was the perfect location near our wedding venue Glendalough Manor. We were able to eat by the pool, each get our own bedroom and relax in the front lawn. The rooms are a bit different than the photos, I'm assuming they took them prior to rearranging and there's only one room with a king bed (it's not the one with a private bath) however it's a family home that gives a cozy feel and it's clean, well maintained with exceptional owners. My husband even caught two fish in the pond!!! The kids loved the Wii downstairs as well as the guys were happy with the pool table. Be careful at night there are no street lights so check in early.

  We had six children and 8 grandchildren at the time of visiting this home. I wanted to go somewhere that our grandchildren could go to bed safely at night and the adults could play games and visit. This was my answer! Our grandchildren lived in the pool and watched some TV in the sunken TV pit, or the hole as one granddaughter called it! The adults played beach volleyball, fished in the lake with their children, swam and played games all day and into the night. It was an amazing time for our family to be together. The home was great with endless opportunities to keep us all busy and having fun. Each family unit had a bedroom, and the main part of the house was very spacious and inviting. We especially liked the privacy of the home. Our grandchildren are still talking about it. Everyone was so nice. We could not have asked for a better place to have our get-a-way. We hope to come back again.

  Nice spacious house, very homey and comfortable. Nice pool with some shade and covered outdoor grill area. The outside of house needs maintenance but so does mine and money and time are is tight right now. Nice owners and we would stay there again.

  My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone. The two kitchens were a big help when we were preparing Thanksgiving dinner for 20 people. We really had a wonderful time.
