Located in Park City, Utah, Canyons Resort is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Utah, making it a premier destination for winter and summer outdoor recreation. Managed by Talisker Resorts, the Canyons has undergone extensive development and improvements over the last 10 years.
Red Pine condominiums is located at the base of the resort with easy access to the ski hill. It is 1/4 mile from our townhouse to the resort cabriolet where you can start your ski day.
Our townhouse has just been remodeled. The main level of the unit has new beautiful hardwood floors. The great room provides the perfect place to relax in front of the 20 foot rock fireplace after a day on the slopes. Our brand new kitchen--complete with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops--is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and all you need to prep and cook meals during your stay unless you choose to dine in one of the many fabulous restaurants Park City has to offer.
The four bathrooms have also been redone with new cabinetry, granite countertops, tile floors and showers.
You will also enjoy the soft new carpet in all the bedrooms and the new paint throughout.
These improvements will ensure a more comfortable stay while you enjoy your time in Park City.
The condo has four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and a new gas fireplace. There are two downstairs bedrooms. One has a bunk with a queen on the bottom and a double on the top. The other has a queen size bed. The fourth room is right off the kitchen. It has cedar paneling, a vaulted ceiling, and a full size bunk bed.

The townhouse accommodates parking for two cars and has an outdoor locked closet for ski and bike storage. A deck offers beautiful mountain views with stairs leading to a grassy common area. The condo is 200 feet from the Red Pine Clubhouse which has two heated swimming pools, an outdoor and indoor hot tub, a sauna, and a children's pool. There are also newly surfaced tennis courts and a sand volleyball court.

Park City is a world famous mountain town that hosted many events during the 2002 Winter Olympics. From its mining history to its world class restaurant scene, everyone will enjoy an evening on Park City's historic main street. Park City offers golfing, shopping, excellent restaurants, concerts and cultural activities. Shoppers will love Kimball Junction's Tanger Outlet Stores (only three miles away).
Beyond skiing at Canyons resort, winter activities include nordic (cross-country) skiing (groomed trails at neighboring McPollin Farm and Old Ranch Road), sledding, and visiting the Utah Olympic Park (winter olympic museum, bobsled ride, tours).
Summer activities include hiking, mountain biking, cycling, nearby boating, and the Alpine Slide at the Park City Mountain Resort.

My wife and I, and one other couple, loved the place. It was so spacious (4 bedrooms - each with its own bath!) but also very homey. The house is in a great location. Of course, by being in the Canyons, you are right near the slopes and good restaurants (check out the burger at Spruce) but it is also a one minute walk to the heated pool/hot-tub/sauna "clubhouse." We loved the townhouse. Plenty of room and a great location with easy access to I-80 and Park City. The hot tub was great and the kids really liked the pool. The condo was great. Very comfortable and spacious. The kids loved the big bunk bed. The adults loved the hot tub. It was our first time at The Canyons and we fell in love with the mountain. The townhome was everything we hoped for--comfortably furnished and nicely decorated (think bears, moose, and wolves), with all of the appliances we needed and more. This townhouse was everything they said it would be. Very clean, well kept, plenty of room. Great club house with pools for all ages. Hot tub inside unit was clean and maintained.
