  We have stayed at several different condos on Okaloosa island and this was by far the best! The pool is rather small but this group of six women go for the beach experience! The condo is big, well maintained, and in excellent condition! Lots of amenities as well!!!! We had a great time and will stay here again!!!! Owners were very friendly and communication was great as well!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

  Plenty of wow with this unit. We have stayed on the Emerald Coast numerous times and have never experienced a condo that was so fully furnished. Tara and John have gone above and beyond in sharing their piece of the beach with others. The unit is very spacious and accomodating as our party of ten never found ourselves cramped or crowded - the inflatable beds were a great touch. The oversized balcony was incredible and the tall patio furniture made ocean viewing easy - (and yes, dolphins were spotted frequently). The electric outdoor grill and covered patio swing made for an ideal outdoor experience. The kitchen offered every cooking accessory one could possibly need. The kids enjoyed the game table with chess and checkers and plenty of other games were availabe as well. Beach toys, chairs and even beach towels were provided...wow. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms allowed for ample privacy and were very well furnished with quality linens, pillows, and towels. We certainly hope to return again. Okaloosa Island is ideal for those not wanting the hustle and bustle of large crowds. Destin is an easy five minute drive to satisfy the kids need for touristy fun - don't forget to visit the Back Porch Restaurant for an awesome dining experience. We will definitely be recommending this unit to family and friends.

  Three adult couples stayed in this lovely condo for the Emerald Coast Bowling Tournament. Overall, we were very pleased with this unit. We especially liked that it was pretty well stocked with condiments and paper products, which we didn't have to worry about packing. The view from the patio was very nice and spacious. The swing was a very nice addition to the patio, which we enjoyed. We are definitely considering renting this condo again next year for this tournament!

  This is a great condo. Many extras including awesome air mattresses, bbq pit, great table and chairs on balcony, many towels, books to read, spices and condiments, etc. We had a great time, beaches were beautiful!! Am thinking about booking for next year. Lots of great olaces to eat. We shopped at many quaint stores and bought great treasures to take home. Highy Recommend this unit and Fort Walton Beach for a great vacation. The owner was great in her communications with me. Unit was very clean.

  We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was spacious, and we loved the floor plan. Everything we needed was there for us. I would definitely recommend this unit and certainly would consider staying here again.

  My family stayed here for a week in October 2011 and felt right at home in this very spacious condo. We had ZERO problems from beginning to end renting this condo. Tara is wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. The first thing that drew me to this condo was the colorful beachy feeling. The pictures are accurate but don't do justice to this warm, inviting home on the beach. The electric grill on the patio is a great extra along with the bar height full table and chairs... no flimsy plastic chairs! The oversized balcony allows plenty of room for the large table, grill AND patio swing and is still not crowded. We loved the extra space on the balcony! We cooked a full breakfast every morning and several of our evening dinners and found everything needed to prepare a meal in the kitchen. Since we were feeding 5 people, the large dining table was appreciated because it seated 6. (I've never understood how condos say it sleeps 6-8 people and then has a small dining table that only seats 4.) The electric patio grill is full size and very convenient compared to buying charcoal and taking the elevator down to the common grilling area. In fact we were thrilled to find many extras that most condos don't provide as it saved us money not having to go out and buy the basic things like trash bags, paper towels, etc. This condo is filled with EXTRAS... necessary beach items, laundry supplies, pantry supplies, an extensive DVD collection, paperback book library, family games, plus full cable with on screen guide and "pause live TV" features. (We have this feature at home, but have never had it while traveling.) We had everything we needed to spend a stress free week at the beach and isn't that what vacations are for?!! Our family enjoyed a relaxing week in a place that felt like home. And all because Tara and John go the extra mile. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us! And thank you for the ease you show in the whole rental process. Your attention to detail and thoughtfulness relieves some of the stress of planning a vacation. Your condo is first rate in every way!

Additional information about rental rates

The above nightly rate is based on the seasonal rates. $145.00 would be the lowest rate and $340.00 would be the highest nightly rate. AND THESE ARE 2012 RATES AS WE DID NOT INCREASE THE RATES FOR 2013.

20% is due upon confirmation and the remainder due 30 days prior to check in. I do not require a non-refundable deposit and will refund the 20% based on your circumstances. I will work with you to change your vacation dates or refund your monies depending on what is happening with your family. Tara Foster
