This modern, elegant newly redesigned home boasts 4 gorgeous bedrooms, 3 spacious bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful spacious living areas, perfect for lounging and entertaining. It is centrally located, less then 6 minutes from the airport, rental car center and Strip, close to local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping (LV Outlet Center) in a nice and safe neighborhood.
Downstairs, the vaulted ceilings create a very spacious feeling and the huge windows bring in tons of natural light. The living room features a 50” LCD TV, fireplace and plenty of lounge seating, while the colorful dining room provides for a fun and lively dining environment. The newly remodeled kitchen comes with high end coverings and stainless appliances and is fully equipped, from toaster to espresso machine.
There is also a space to catch up on office work with high speed internet service and Wi-Fi. You will be able to print out your boarding pass on the printer provided.
The downstairs bathroom has been completely renovated with faux leather tiles and modern fixtures and the comfortable first floor bedroom is accessed through charming French doors.
Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom suite, complete with a luxurious king size bed, 40” LCD TV, walk-in closet and vaulted ceilings. Attached is a striking master bathroom with high-end tiling, shower/bathtub, and a sleek double sink. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen size beds, one with a 32” LCD TV. Both have direct access to a spacious, beautiful bathroom.
All bedrooms have brand new, pillow top mattresses.
Outdoor there is a huge 15x40 feet putting green with a chipping area , putters and balls are provided. When ready, you can relax with a cold drink in the large hot tub, or enjoy a meal cooked on the five burner gas grill, under the covered patio. There is a full size front load washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.
