Casa Mar is a spacious, oceanfront guest home with a dramatic view of the Atlantic Ocean and coral reefs that front a magnificent secluded mile long beach.. Four bedrooms provides plenty of space for large and small groups, family reunions, weddings and fishing expeditions. Casa Mar sits on two landscaped acres providing extreme privacy and a tropical setting for your island vacation.


Casa Mar was designed for it’s restaurateur owners with special attention to the gourmet kitchen, dining area and entertainment features. A wonderful place to relax or throw a party! The kitchen comes complete with everything you need....just bring your own chefs! You have several choices for dining, indoors and out including a screened in dining area, a teak dining room table and a breakfast bar in the kitchen.

Casa Mar boasts a brand new oceanfront room christened “ The Parrot Club”. The owners are also musicians and have paid special attention to this multi-media space. Use it for cocktail hour and conversation before dinner or satellite television with surround sound in the evenings. Satellite radio and a great sounding stereo provide the background sounds, and a variety of musical instruments including guitars, drums and a basket full of rhythm instruments are available for the musicians in the group.

Your entertainment pleasure is certainly not limited to the indoors. The “Parrot Club “ room also has a screened porch for outdoor dining, relaxing, or a quiet nap the afternoon. Sunbath on the main deck with a "Million Dollar View". Plus, take a walk through the front yard, down to the ocean and you’ll find the “Elf Beach Bar” creatively designed with island materials.....sand, drift wood and palm fronds. Bring the guitars & lunch and have a beach party or coctails at sunset, Or, simply sit, stare and dream about far-off Africa, just across the ocean.

Little Harbour is a small community nestled around a near perfect hurricane bay. It’s narrow entrance takes you from the Abaco Sound into the tranquility of a small island settlement. It was originally settled by the Johnston family in the 1950’s and is still their artistic homestead with a sculpture foundry, art gallery and the ever infamous “Pete’s Pub”. Just enough commercial enterprise to keep Little Harbour civilized!

Come to Little Harbour if you’re looking for a secluded, island getaway. Be ready to swim, walk, beach comb and boat. Fishing ranges from bottom fishing for smaller groupers and snappers, spear fishing with mask fins and snorkel, deep sea fishing for tuna and marlin and championship fly-fishing for the ever elusive bonefish. Of course, sleeping, reading and writing are also encouraged! And at the end of a long day vacationing, look forward to a well prepared meal and time with friends and family.
