  We have to say this was the most amazing vacation we have had!!! The condo had EVERYTHING that we could ever need or want. The owner has a great book full of ideas and places to see and explore...this helped plan out many of our day trips! We had PLENTY of room in the condo, and it was just like being at home! Amazing views and the beach was beautiful. We loved siting on the balcony watching the sun set while preparing a meal on the grill!!! The lagoon was a great place to swim and relax, as was the pool! The location is perfect and in range of many wonderful areas to explore. The owners are wonderful....we will be visiting again soon and can't wait!! Thanks for sharing your wonderful home away from home!! If you are planning on visiting this island, this is the place to stay. You have everything you would need, its right on the beach and close by everything!

  Small unit; beachfront totally washed away; security gate got stuck twice; barking dog next door; sleeping arrangements far from ideal.. But, the unit had everything needed for beach activity; was close to many restaurants and the airport. The unit was clean and well maintained but four adults was all this place could reasonably accommodate..

  Owner response: We are glad to hear that you found the condo to have everything you needed. We are sorry to hear that some extreme tides caused beach erosion and the automatic gate was stuck open twice. Unfortunately we cannot control mother nature and the mechanical issue with the gate has been addressed with the maintenance personnel. We have been advised that the problem has been corrected. The barking dog issue is new and we will investigate that also. We do advertise that the condo is equipped with 2 queen size beds, 2 single beds, and a fold out couch. The 2 bedroom condo is approximately 925 square feet and apologize that you did not feel it was big enough. Most of our renters do not spend a large amount of time inside and prefer to explore everything our Tropical Paradise has to offer. Thanks again for your comments. 3/23/2013 We wanted to update you about the dog barking issue. We spoke with one of the owners of a condo within our complex who was also there the same week. She advised us that you had been made aware that the owner of the dog has a severely disabled child that requires the use of a medical alert canine. Unfortunately the child was having an extremely difficult week. We again apologize if this matter caused you any inconvenience.

  We had a wonderful family vacation at this well-equipped. clean property that is located within a short drive of four great surfing and snorkeling beaches. The town is quiet but there are places to get a good dinner and great drinks and the locals are mostly friendly (except when you try to surf "the peak"). We loved the access to a beautiful bike/walking path that begins literally in front of the condo. It takes you past the most beautiful undeveloped beaches we saw in Puerto Rico. Our family of five was quite comfortable in the condo. It has all kitchen needs, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, comfortable beds, Direct TV (for those critical games) and air-conditioning. Don"t miss going to the small local eateries (Ola Lola's) and the nearby hidden beaches (Shack's) -- there are many adventures to enjoy!

  This listing has everything you could possibly need from a sewing kit to binoculars And everything in between! We had to make last minute arrangements which the owner was very helpful with. We had a very nice stay ,the condo was very clean and comfortable and literally 20 seconds from the beach All in all a most pleasant experience

  my family and i spent our vacation in this tropical paradise. the condo was amazing.. the view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. All the amenities described in the website were absolutlely correct.   This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. The condo was warm and inviting with tropical colors, local art and comfortable beds and furniture. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. They even provided snorkel gear which we quickly put to use right on Playa Montones beach. The owners gave us wonderful tips and information to make our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and relatives. We are looking forward to a return trip.

  Excellent trip! Beautiful beaches, condo was very comfy and clean...only drawback was lack of open restaurants, had to drive around quite a bit to find a place to eat out after 5pm during the week. Best snorkeling was northern end of Crashboat beach. Went fishing with Moncho, he was very accomodating. Would definately return!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

  What a wonderful experience! We have been several places in the Caribbean and I know without a doubt that this is the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. For anyone that is a beachcomber, you will be in heaven. The shells and sea glass are scattered about the shore in abundance. The condo is conveniently located to shopping and dining and provides a sense of security to those visiting. The property provided everything indicated and was very comfortable. Prior to our vacation, I reached out to the owner several times with questions and he was more than willing to provide answers and suggestions. We will definitely be back - wish we were still there!

  My family and I enjoyed our stay. If your main thought is to be by the water this is the place. We also traveled to some places around the island, but dedicated some time to enjoy our vacation by staying in or going on the beach for a few days. There are also plenty of activities to do nearby such as horseback riding, snorkeling/scuba diving, and surfing. The location is very comfortable and safe, having a full kitchen also helps; we made our own meals in some occasions. Nothing better than getting up early in the morning (with a nice cup of Puerto Rico coffee, we used Rico Coffee) and see the beautiful sunrise. The bakery is near by to get the original loaf of bread (1 lb of pan sobao) in the morning. I would definitely recommend this area to anyone wanting to experience a peaceful and fun getaway. P.S. we enjoyed the pool as well.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
