We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 months at Elaine's very comfortable condo. It is in a great location within the beautifully maintained Sunrise Villas complex. The Hawaiian décor accents made for a cheerful lighthearted atmosphere. The condo was quite well stocked and had plenty of plush towels for the bathrooms and for pool use.We loved the walk-in shower in the main bedroom bathroom. Elaine is very friendly and helpful and was very prompt in responding to any issues that arose. This is a great place for a vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We found "Casa Bella" clean and spacious as promised. The beds were very comfortable. There were four in our party, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The grounds are lovely and well cared for. The condo was very well provisioned with a very complete kitchen, a nice dinning room set, spacious and well appointed living room, 3 patios, 2 bicycles, several tennis rackets, and a shared garage. There are 3 tennis courts with good nets and playing surface, several swimming pools 50% are heated and have adjacent hot tubs.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Just got back from staying at this lovely condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we required. Made good use of the bikes and loved lounging around the pool. The grounds were immaculate. Super location too. Within minutes of shopping, sight seeing and plenty of activities. The owner was a pleasure to work with. She was genuinely concerned for our well being and assisted us promptly with any inquiries. We would stay here again in a flash.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time in Palm Springs. The home had everything you could want and more. Plenty of pools, we enjoyed the use of tennis racquets and the courts daily and the bikes were great for riding around and exploring the town. With all of the fruit trees on the properties we had fresh citrus fruits for breakfast every morning. The location was very easy to find, central in Palm Springs with easy access to the other towns in the valley. The owner was excellent to deal with, answering any questions we had very promptly. We spent our time here with three adult children and all wished that we could have stayed longer.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

we absolutely enjoyed this condo; it is VERY Hawaiian in decor, which keeps everything bright and cheery. This condo is quite spacious; shared garage; large yard in front; several pools in complex, some of which are heated;third bedroom/excercise room is very bright because of skylights. the property was very clean and pretty well furnished with tableware and quite well with pots, pans and BBQ equipment; owner has bicycle and tennis racquets available at the property; biking is easy and popular condo is very convenient to grocery stores, mail center; and many other kinds of stores all witn-in walking distance Pal Springs and the area have many good restaurantsRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great 4 weeks in Palm Springs in December and Sunrise Villas was the perfect setting. As the holidays were in full swing, Palm Springs was festive and fun with the mild weather near 70 degrees every day albeit cold night temps. Casa Bella was spacious, an end unit, and had warm saltillo tile throughout aside from master and main guest room which were carpets. It was spacious and clean but also pet friendly as we had our older dog and when our son and his wife came they were able to bring theirs. 2 of the 3 patio's were sunny all day with southern exposure and the main patio off the living room was hedged private and had sun in the afternoon which I imagine increases as the sun gets higher. After all, it was December. We could view the rugged mountain tops out the large living room windows (and a more spectacular view from the small front patio including palm trees with the entire mountain range as a back drop (stunning!). This is where we usually had breakfast. It was fun hanging out there gazing the view and watching the Sunrise Villa neighbors walking their dogs. The kitchen was large with loads of counter space and well stocked with amenities, including, citrus juicer (as all types of citrus trees abound in the common green areas). The beds were comfortable and the design casual and there were loads of towels. Also, Master BR had a great walk in shower. We didn't feel like we had to be on our toes and be clean freaks. We could just settle in and relax. Also, we utilized the 2 bikes and tennis rackets (courts just steps away) that came with the unit and especially enjoyed riding the 8 mile Taquitz Creek Loop and other loops(maps at bike shop). Our kids came the week between Xmas and New Years and didn't want to leave. It was plenty spacious for all. As temps warmed up that week, we sat by and swam in the heated pools and saunas nearby. The grounds at Sunrise Villas are spacious and inviting with palm trees and fruit trees all over. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with and we hope to rent again when the opportunity arises. We love downtown Palm Springs and the nearby shopping center up Sunrise Way with natural health foods and Monsoon India Cuisine and the Aspen bakery. Also, the Smoke Tree Shopping Center is only a few blocks south of Sunrise Villas. We all enjoyed the day we spent at Joshua Tree National Park and want to go back as there is so much there to explore.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We spent a very enjoyable 21/2 months here this past winter. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. The owner welcomed us & our pets and was very accommodating. You will enjoy the lemon tree by the front patio to make fresh lemonade during your stay. The complex is quiet & very well maintained.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
