Coral Sands Resort is located where Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown meet on beautiful Grand Cayman! The resort is across the street from KIRK Grocery so you will not need a rental car the entire vacation stay unless that is your preference. Shore dives are AMAZING right of the resort's private beach. Snorkeling is also something to be enjoyed. The resort is only 12 villas which makes for a very private feel. Get to know your neighbors for the week... or not. There is a big tent set up for you in the event of inclement weather. Enjoy a card game or a beverage while you enjoy the view. The sunsets are out-of-this-world beautiful! The guests gather with their cameras for each "showing"!
Watch the "permanent" residents (iguanas) and gorgeous fish from the resort's private deck. Many of the island's vendors will pick you up from the resort for various excursions. Including swimming with the sting rays, swimming with the dolphins, horseback riding, jet ski fishing and many more.

There were 4 in may party, my wife and my 2 - 20 something kids. While not directly on the long sandy 7 MB the small complex is ideally suited for a friendly, relaxing vacation. If your into having a large complex with restaurants, swim up bar and nightlife this is not for you, but they are all close by. The units are very clean, well equipped and laid out nicely. It has a small pool which is good for a cool down dip but not really swimming. But hey the ocean is steps away! Nice small cove with beach, dock and patio on the ocean. Great for sunning, relaxing or what have you, Outside dining tables & BBQ grills. Good snorkeling with a dive shop within walking. Kirks grocery store is also within walking distance. The staff onsite and stateside are great and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!!! Harry's the best!!!!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! We could not have been happier. Every step beginning with starting to make the reservation until we left was just perfect. We had wonderful afternoons in the shade and terrific evenings enjoying the beachside. Be sure to enjoy the beach at the Royal Palms. They don't charge for the beach chairs (pay for the umbrella) and there is a great beach bar. The condo was clean, comfortable,and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed every minute!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Me and my wife became owners last year. We stayed there for a week this year, and it was amazing! The laid-back atmosphere is so tranquil and relaxing. We met so many nice, friendly people there at the Coral Sands. I had the misfortune of losing my wedding ring in the ocean our second day there, but fortunately a very nice young man, also staying at the Coral Sands, had found it a few days later while he was snorkeling and he returned it to me. It was incredible and sure did get me off the hook with my wife! We are looking forward to next year when we can once again be in paradise.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 1997
About the owner: I own two units at Coral Sands Resort and also handle the reservations as well. My husband and I purchased them on our honeymoon and then went on the manage the reservations some time later. We bought there because we felt that the resort offered something so special we did not think we would be able to have this unique experience anywhere else. The resort is never crowded even when it is completely full! With only 12 villas, I never have to search for a lounge chair to enjoy my book!
